Leukopaenia-wbc count less than 4000 per mm cube of blood
Leukocytosis-more than 11000 and cell are mature and functional
Leukaemia-more than 50000 and cell are immature and non functional.

Totally all good but end of the practical said 2times the same word leukocytosis that is both increased and normal you said. That is one confusion. Rectify that sir. And keep it up... 👍

》Normal wbc count - 4000 to 11000 wbc/cu. mm of blood.
》When wbc count < 4000, its leucopenia.
》When wbc count > 11000, it's leucocytosis. In it wbc are mature and functional.
》 Leukemia is a cancerous condition where wbc count > 50000 and wbc are immature and non functioning.

My niece is 19 year old girl and she is having WBC count 27000. after the antibiotics the WBC coming low. My sincere concern here is why the WBC gone up to 27000 and is it a worry factor?

WBC will increase due to bacterial infection. And after antibiotic, it is decreased. So we can tell that increase in WBC is due to infection. That's per my best knowledge, but I request you to ask your consulting doctors nearby in your area. Thanks.
