I relax my hair every two months after stopping the whole stretching thing. My hair is thicker, longer and has almost 0 breakage. stretching looks great on you, but for me I was able to go from shoulder length to waist length hair once I stopped in just a year. You really have to stay in tune with your hair to know what it wants. Great video as usual

Such a good point regarding the constant relaxing. I like to relax no more than 3 times a year, sometimes just twice a year. I like to have decent breaks between relaxing. Your hair looks gorgeous lovely and thick.

    22:05 Beautiful!
I only relax my hair once or twice a year, as well.
I put mine in August, and will not be relaxing again until April or May of 2024.
Now it’s time to protective style. My styles include braid outs, knotless braids, or I pin curl and leave it pinned in a cute style until my next relaxer in 2024.
    Thank you for sharing.❤

I feel you on the washing. I use the ORS neutralizer first before I use the Motions one because the ORS is a sulfate shampoo and it lifts everything off better. That way the motions neutralizer acts like a moisturizing shampoo before my conditioning treatment. Got to get every little bit of relaxer out.

My hair dresser does the same as you , she only relax my regrowth and washes my hair with the neutralising shampoo as much as you until there is not a trace of pink. Then she washes again with Davines shampoo and Davines conditioner, ( Italian Organic Range ); twice. My favourite leave in conditioner is Revlon Uniq One 👌

I was wondering how you got your hair to have so much volume and movement, and it’s really because you’re not relaxed straight straight. Your hair is straighten to a slight wave? Maybe I’ve been processing my hair too straight with relaxers, because I barely keep texture.

How long does it take you to relax you hair from second 1 where you start applying it until you wash it out? Some relaxed girls like hairlicious say it shouldnt be more than 25 minutes overall, because to have stronger hair you should relax like 85-90% max, not full bone straight, leaving some texture makes it stronger

I definitely have some texture in there after I relax. It’s around 20 minutes including the 10 mins I let it process

I left my hair natural, not because of fashion, but because here in the US, I haven't found anyone who can straighten my hair well, and I don't know how to straighten it myself, but I hate natural hair, it's unbearable to hand

Why so many passes with the flat iron. If it a dy$on and dy$ons are expensive. You only need 1 pass
