      I don't have any interest in learning how to make these rugs but this was a cool video. Also, you should "sign" your rugs with more than a sticker. Maybe some embroidery or a sewed on patch on the back? These are really well done and I'm sure people would like to show them off as well as who made them!

    Bro you've been so helpful. Over the past month I studied and slowly bought my step-up, built a huge frame and finally broke out the Gun. Next thing I knew Bluey, (my 4 year Olds favorite cartoon character) was sketched beautifully next thing I know I had holes in my fabric. Is this why you rather not use Monk Cloth? Also I'd like that video on fixing holes.
    Thanks for your help and videos which have been so helpful this past month.

    • @RhodyRugs
      @RhodyRugs  11 місяців тому +2

      Yeah I really like monks cloth but I also use a polyester blend now. So I’d say just make sure your fabric is as tight as possible to prevent ripping with the gun

    With respect, this kind of rug is useless though. How is one expected to be able to use it if it can't be properly cleaned?
    I'm exploring options from making my own, to buying a Beni ourain type knotted rug, and I see why they are priced higher. Because they'll last generations.

    • @RhodyRugs
      @RhodyRugs  4 місяці тому

      You just have to vacuum it 😁
      Or you can use a different fabric as well.
