  • Today we are looking at the interior of the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. This is the most luxurious interior you can buy at the Summit Reserve with open pore wood trim, Carmel leather seats with quilted bolsters and more. The seats will be made of Palermo leather with 16 ways of power adjusting, heating, ventilation, and massaging. The technology will also be amazing with the latest Uconnect5 system and a digital gauge clusters. You also will get a digital rear view mirror and a panoramic sunroof up top. The second row is roomy and has plenty of amenities including heated and ventilated seats, USB ports, and a fourth zone of climate control. Thanks for watching!

Amazing interior! A lot of car manufacturers could learn a lot from this interior concept design. This looks far better than Merceds or BMW. 😮 🤯

I agree! That color makes it look really fancy as well!

We have the exact vehicle in the L version with V8. After owning a 2021 BMW X7 M50i and 2016 Mercedes GL550, this is a terrific vehicle. We drove the V6 and it was lackluster at best. Would not own this with the six cylinder. Love the night vision for deer in PA; McIntosh system; Air ride; and fantastic massage seats. German massage seats were in name only. Fam cam is wonderful and lots of room for passengers. Getting into the third row was so much easier with one pull tab verses the over engineered German SUV’s. Ughh that drove us crazy. Purchased our 2023 used with 3900 miles loaded for $65k.

That’s great! I agree I wouldn’t be able to live with that V6. The way the Germans engineered the third row access is not great, and you can even access the third row in the Grand Cherokee L with a car seat installed. Sounds like you got a great deal

Good review and tour video for the 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee in the Summit Reserve trim. The interior at least from the Overland trim and above will give interiors from luxury competitive vehicles a run for their money. The Summit Reserve trim shown in this video definitely does that. I have the Jeep Grand Cherokee in the same Summit Reserve trim. However, I have the third row seating "L" version. I have the 2023 model year. The powertrain I have is different. I got mine nicely equipped with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Good performing engine. Even though the "L" version has third row seating, it doesn't feel like a third row seating vehicle while driving it though. That's a clear indication Jeep did a great job with the overall weight distribution of the vehicle. Last year in 2023 I got a chance to sit in the bigger brother full-size SUV the Grand Wagoneer. It's great! It's one badass vehicle. Nice features with that vehicle include a built in freezer in the arm rest console, adjustable height functions with the keyfob, third row power reclining seats, a 23 speaker audio system with an amplifier delivering 1350 watts of power and few more features.

I agree that the Jeep Grand Cherokee L is an amazing vehicle to own! You are lucky to have the 5.7L V8 engine as they are hard to find.

@Car_conversati0nz Thank you. One of the reasons the V8 model is hard to find is because some dealerships don't make the request from the manufacturer due to not knowing of other powertrains being available. Back in July of 2023, I was lucky to get mine with the V8 via dealership transfer. My local dealership didn't have the V8 model. So, they did a transfer from another dealership that was a pinch over 200 miles away. That's how I was able to get mine. Another reason the V8 model is hard to find is because it's currently in the phasing out process now due to these new "DUMB AS FUCK" emission guidelines that took effect. After this year 2024 is done, there will be no V8 engines to be made at least from the Chrysler/Stellantis umbrella. Under the Chrysler/Stellantis umbrella, the V8 engines will get replaced by an inline 6 twin turbo engine. That engine is called the Hurricane. When the Grand Wagoneer got released it came with the 6.4 liter V8 engine which was in the last generation Grand Cherokee SRT. Horsepower for the Grand Wagoneer V8 is 471. With the twin turbo inline 6 Hurricane engine, the horsepower is 500. It's more horsepower with the Hurricane engine, but what's going to be MIA is that growling rumbling sound we're all accustomed to from a V8 engine. For the Grand Cherokee or Grand Cherokee L, I think they might throw in a Hurricane engine, but I'm not 100% sure. If they do indeed thrown in the Hurricane engine for either of the Grand Cherokee vehicles, one thing I know they'll do is lower the Horsepower numbers from 500 to probably 400 or 420. Let's see what happens when the time comes.
