Wow, I'm really sorry to see you going through that! If you had pictures of them you could get them arrested for assault and illegal detainment (if they did attempt to detain at one point)
Damm that thug! Hope Denis wishes you a happy recovering xD Plz can you do a video that could help lift noobs know things like the different lift types and brands like ecodisc and hydronic and stuff like that? I really don’t understand it but ur videos are funny and great entertainment
Well that’s fine to cry! It wasn’t your fault that there idiots! If youtube didn’t block or stop rude words then I would be saying to many nasty things about them to read! :)) Hope you recover from the shock
“What you being a bully for” “Because I’m that way inclined” I’m a placid person but that’s the turning point at which I would have rushed him and made my escape.
SECURITY: Excuse me. SECURITY: Sir? SECURITY: Excuse me, sir? SECURITY: Sir? SECURITY: Come here this instant! PHOTOGRAPHER: What? SECURITY: You have been taking pictures. PHOTOGRAPHER: I have been taking pictures, so what? SECURITY: You're not supposed to be taking pictures in here. PHOTOGRAPHER: OK, I'm sorry. I promise not to take any more. The photographer walks off. SECURITY: Excuse me, I haven't finished. SECURITY: Hello, sir? SECURITY: Are you listening? SECURITY: COME BACK HERE AT ONCE! The security gives chase and grabs the photographer by the neck. PHOTOGRAPHER: What the hell's wrong with you, for god's sake?! What are you touching me for?! PHOTOGRAPHER: Let go, you're assaulting me! PHOTOGRAPHER: Let go of me! PHOTOGRAPHER: LET GO OF ME!!!! The security releases the photographer. SECURITY: Right. Now listen to me, you ignorant person! Not only am I telling you to refrain from taking more pictures, I want you to delete EVERY SINGLE one of your pictures you took since you entered the store, and I want you to do it RIGHT NOW, or else I won't let you leave. PHOTOGRAPHER: Delete my pictures? You can't tell someone to delete all their pictures! And now you're being very rude and disrespectful towards me just because I took pictures. I am certainly not going to delete my pictures just because you ordered me to! Photography is NOT an offence. SECURITY: You're still disobeying everything I told you! From now on, if you attempt to leave this place without me finishing my conversation, I will tell EVERY SINGLE member of staff within the building plus the building owners about how much you are a fucking stupid ignorant liar! And they can waste hours and hours of your time and even comphescate all your belongings indefinitely! And you are breaking the law and you do not know anything about the law, including that taking pictures in public places and refusing to delete them when you are told to is definitely a criminal offence and I can even call the police and tell them how unacceptable your behaviour is! PHOTOGRAPHER: And now you're commiting an offence by being such a nasty bully who has no manners and making all these threats towards me about calling the police! MENTAL!!!! The photographer gets very upset and starts crying. Remember, this is in a public shopping centre going on in front of all members of the public. It is incredibly easy for the photographer to draw attention. Several members of the public hear him crying and rush towards him immediately. MOP: Are you all right? PHOTOGRAPHER (crying): I have been heavily assaulted by a security guard who's now turning out to be a bully! The member of public leads him away towards the exit. The security guard immediately gives chase and is speeding very fast and is not even looking where he's going and pushes past many members of the public and even injuring a few of them. He is quite a distance behind them, but eventually catches up. SECURITY: You! Step aside this instant! MOP: He's crying! I'm trying to help him! SECURITY: Well he wouldn't be crying if he was only able to follow simple instructions! GIVE'IM TO ME! NOW! The security guard pushes the member of public aside towards a wall. The member of public grabs his phone, in attempt to phone the building owners and the local police. SECURITY: Sir, get off the phone! SECURITY: Sir, are you listening to me! Off the phone! OFF THE PHONE!!!! MOP: You are being a very nasty bullying person towards others and so I have to report it. SECURITY: GIVE ME YOUR PHONE! GIIIIIIIIIVVVVVVVEEEEEE!!!!!!!!! The photographer takes his chance to escape. He is still in tears about how that security guard was behaving and can't help phoning the police and telling other people to watch out for him. He runs and runs as fast as he can. Back in the store, the member of public just manages to press 9 9 9 before the security snatches his phone out of his hand and stuffs it into his pocket. MOP: Hey, that's my phone! Give it back! GIVE IT BACK!!!! The police have just picked up and have started speaking. POLICE OFFICER: Hello, can I help with anything? SECURITY: Hi, yeah, this a security guard speaking from a shopping centre in Kingston. I've had a problem dealing with two idiots who are unable to follow simple instructions from a security guard. I caught the first one taking pictures everywhere of the lifts, escalators, stairwells and the car park. I told him time after time after time to delete all his photos but he simply can't listen. POLICE OFFICER: There is nothing you can do about that I'm afraid, he has the right to take pictures no matter where he is. You have probably misunderstood the fact that photography is not a criminal offence unless it's done specifically for terrorism. Where is he currently? SECURITY: He just ran away before I had even finished speaking to him. Let me just find out quickly where he is. MOP: Excuse me, don't walk away with my phone! COME HERE AND GIVE IT BACK TO ME!!! The member of public gives chase and grabs his phone back from the security guard whilst he isn't looking. MOP: Hi, this is a different person speaking. I have witnessed the entire incident and it was apparent that the security guard was bullying him and doing everything he could to upset him to the extent where he started crying. And also, this is my phone, not his, he just grabbed my phone off me without even asking my permission! POLICE OFFICER: OK. In that case, I definitely have to come over and have a word with him. Where are you currently? MOP: I'm at the Bentalls shopping centre at Kingston upon Thames. POLICE OFFICER: Thanks. I'll be over there in a few minutes. Eventually, the police officer shows up and walks towards the member of public. MOP: He's just over there. The police walks towards him and glares at him. POLICE OFFICER: Right, now listen up carefully. You are in very big trouble according to a member of the public, for firstly wasting our time by calling us up when no-one had commited an offence. Secondly, you have both physically and verbally bullied a photographer so badly that he started crying and thirdly, you then snatched someone's phone of them without asking, just to alert us of this incident. You owe these people an apology for how badly you treated them and all the rude stuff you said to them, or else you will be going to court. You understand that, don't you? The security guard turns towards the wall and doesn't say a word. He knows he's in the wrong. POLICE OFFICER: Right, now follow me. The police officer leads him away. THE END This is a fictional story based on a combination of the four instances Ben got caught and illegally detained by security. 1. This happened a long time ago, back in 2010. Ben was filming the lifts at the bentalls shopping centre in Kingston and then was caught by security who then wasted police time and got himself into a lot of trouble. 2. It is unknown where this happened. Ben and one of his friends were taking pictures of a building which was about to be demolished. A similar incident happened there where they were caught and detained by security and they wasted time by arguing with the police which also led to them getting into big trouble. (The conversation between him and the security guard was caught on tape but their faces were not shown) 3. Ben and two of his friends were exploring a new building that was still under construction and then got caught and illegally detained by two security guards. The security guards were so angry and even assaulted Ben by touching him. But most of all, their reaction was epic when the police refused to come. They eventually let Ben and the other two go after eventually knowing they were in the wrong. 4. What happens in this video (probably the most serious).
I would be really traumatised if I was physically, mentally, sexually or emotionally abused and assaulted by security. I assume that you and your friend were traumatised because you were strangled by a security. They should have known that you would get traumatised by being assaulted by security.
Are you okay? Are your friends okay? This is just the dark side of Urbex, I appreciate you showing the real risks out there. Behind closed doors with some absolute psychos, yeah, it was a bad day but think of how much worse it could have been. Stay safe.
Welcome to the real world. Young explorers waltz around thinking that security cannot touch them and that they are on the right side of the law because trespass is a civil crime not criminal. Truth is some folk, like this guy, don't give two fucks what the law says. If they won't let you go when you offer to leave then call the police to say you have been imprisoned.
+Cio Dokop I'm not saying he doesn't have fun. I'm just saying you can't moan when people disregard the law, whilst you are doing the same yourself. All this "trespass is a civil offence" is just bollocks. Yes it may be, but you are also breaking criminal law by being found in an enclosed space. If the police want to arrest you for exploring they will, plain and simple; been there done that. Being on the business end of an MP5 will make you rather compliant 😀
what happened to your friend? I hope you're well, I think you should press charges, absolutely.. This guys are psycos and need to learn that that's not ok
Absolutely disgusting behavior from nothing more than a thug, please follow up on this and take some form of action however small. Please also name the location and company if you can do, it might help others to avoid similar abuse. You should seriously consider reporting this to the police and finding a solicitor, not for monetary compensation (although it would be nice) but to force the company to take action against these employees and remind them (and any others) of the law. There are loads of 'no win no fee' solicitors, they normally take a cut of any damages you get awarded but even if you don't win anything it will be a lesson to the offending business and it's employees; who at the very least should get fired.
Those guards' behaviours are totally unacceptable. Btw, I went to a shopping center last Thursday and when I got into the security checkpoint, the guard got mad at me for no reason. After passing the checkpoint I had a thought that some people deserve to live less(in this video, those bully guards). I hate rude behaviours!
I first watched this video two months ago and every new upload you make. It's worse as we don't know if action was taken against them. These bullies should watch your Benidorm outdoor lift surfing which takes guts and courage ...something these bullies will never have!
If you do contact the police, you will need to be able to prove that the assault took place, so only report it if you are 100% sure that you can prove that it happened. Your best bet is to try and get CCTV footage, however because you were somewhere that you were not supposed to be, they may not be willing to cooperate. Try and get in touch with someone in management who is helpful enough and take up the issue with them. Because even if you fail to press charges, any decent manager would have something so say about one of his/her employees using assault against somebody (innocent or not).
THE ALEX VLOG Problem is with it being a restricted area, I don’t think management would take too kindly to complaining about it. I think the security guard was too aggressive and unreasonable, but maybe defusing the situation would of helped
I know you shoulnd't have been in that place but he should have just escorted you out in a friendly way. But some people take the law in their own hands and are very crude. Maybe you could report it as abuse, but on the other hand don't wake any sleeping dogs.... If you report him, the police might ask you the question what you where doing there and you need to have a convincing answer ready. You have some proof on camera, maybe have a mediation talk with the guy in the presence of the police? On the other hand, I don't think the guy is worth reasoning with, he probably wouldn't be a able to use his imagination and see it form your perspective. Allthough asking permission and knowning the right people could open doors for you that otherwise say closed.
You should definitely report it to the police. You didn't commit a criminal offence yet he/they did. If your lucky, they could be done for GBH if you had taken pictures of any marks from physical contact (so my friend in the met says)
Beno, I have been watching your videos for a while. It has been an interesting experience and I love the way you and your videos show places. It's terrible that this upset you to this extent and I wouldn't wish this on anyone like you. I hope they got what they deserved.
They have a point saying you shouldn’t be in a restricted area, but they should not have touched you. They should of just shown you the door, very unprofessional, they should be re trained or sacked
honestly I probably would also get a bit abussive but thats why Im not a security guard, you dont trespass, thats the ned of it, you can have your opinion but as an aspergers meself I can easilly say this could have been avoided if you just follow common sence and dont trespass :/ this is what we need, we need more discipline, anarchy will come from people just saying "but it isnt exactly against the law" NO its common sence to not trespass, here in sweden we have something called disciplinary action, either you get roughed up a bit and tought a lesson or you go free and dont learn a thing
This has nothing to do with common sense. In the UK we have laws, if you break a law you commit an offence, if you don't then no offence has been committed. You are only guilty if you have commited a stated offence, it even says this in the magna carta. On so many occasions I have had security and police angry that I have trespassed. I find this highly insulting and goes against everything british democracy and legal system stands for. If something is not against the law and doesn't affect anyone else then I do not accept anyone telling be I shouldn't do it.
well you dont do it, just because it is legal doesnt give you free reign to shit on sombody by being so intrussive and filming stuff which probably people dont want to be filmed what I find insulting is people who just go willy nilly, urban exploring into buildings where there are for example signs that say "employees only" as they totally disrespect people working there, security among other things just to get some footage
That is like me saying that I don't like people walking around my park anti-clockwise so nobody should do it. They all must walk around the park clockwise because it makes me happier that people are all walking the same way. Ultimately we are a democracy. We vote in a government that (if they are not corrupt) passes laws that they were voted in to pass. It is not for someone to tell others that they must not do something unless it is actually illegal.
its time for respect mate, just because it is legal doesnt mean you do it, areas which are only for employees exist for a reason, and there is tons of reasons as to actually respect those signs and the wishes of the ones who work there also: your comparisons with walking clockwise is aneamic at best, it isnt really an argument
Hope you have recovered from that now. He should never laid a hand on you, in the heat of the moment anybody could lose it and become physical or upset. But if you take any action I see a large can of worms that could mess up your life and work. Stay safe man.
You should have told the police immediately how fucking mannerless these bullies were. IT IS SHOCKING TO SEE HOW ABUSIVE AND HOW AGGRESSIVE THESE SECURITY GUARDS WERE.
I know I'm like three years late to this, but damn. Heartless thugs taking a liberty with ya just because you like exploring cool buildings. I'm very glad you managed to escape eventually, man.
OMG Those Guards Do Not Have the right to do that! If you were a really bad guy such as a robber this would happen! But your tamperation is minor, lift surfing is a bad thing and can kill you but if you don’t get killed, the security guard will think there an alternative to do it, cuz it’s like lift surfing is a bad thing and can result in being detained but not enough to strangle you or such, bank robbing would be enough, sorry for you! 😢
It’s horrible to see this happen, fight! If I was in the U.K., I’d fight right along with you. Find out the management and go right to the top with the video evidence.
For some reason, this just popped up in my recommended list after 6 years. Did anything ever come of this or did you just let it go? Makes me so angry watching this again
I would definitely take legal action. That is not okay. I am sorry that this would have to happen. A report to the police would be a solid place to start for sure.
They should of been arrested if they did yay! They had no right to grab you trespassing isn’t an offence and the fact he shouted at you and grabbed you if i was there I would of flipping knocked his head off I am glad you didn’t get punched as I was watching this video I felt bad for you you should of went to police and while you where there get pictures of them or get there faces on video it’s just stupid on how people go mental over people going in unauthorised places
These poor excuses for security guards are afraid that you will see restricted areas, while they proceed to take you on a complete tour of their complex, sadly while assaulting you. They have no right what they did. In Canada at least, if you are found to be trespassing, then a building owner can request that you leave. If you refuse, they can call the police, if you obey, they can't detain you unlawfully, and they can be arrested for assault and illegal detainment. I wish you all the best, and don't let these low-lifes discourage you.
Honestly I bet they're the type that have no life, act strong by beating up defenseless people for no reason and shit their pants whenever they have to face any actual responsibly. Honestly don't let those low lifes get to you.
Is this guy supposed to be a surety guard if so get him if not report them to the police i mean you've got the evidents also ain't he a chubby fella XD
Hope you recover from that nasty thug for assaulting you I wish you to avoid bad thugs and carry on with more lift adventures and lift surfing You should visit Stockholm very soon
I'm sorry, but... I take the fake crying and yellow shoes as simply more of the comedic elements brilliantly employed by Beno & The Flying Circus-- *masters* of low-budget high-quality comedy! :D
Oh my gosh I am a big fan of yours and I’m so sorry that you have to go through all of that the plant room guy should be well ashamed of what he has done and that is just so Wong for what that guy did I hope one day he gets his karma and instantly regret strangling you
You can tell he was that bully at school...
Yeah, you do sound correct about that.
He looks like the kind of guy who sniffs paint in his spare time.
mmmmm paint
I bet those security guards aren't SIA licensed
Probably not even real security guards

In the UK tresspass isn't even a criminal offence
I never thought I will see Beno cry. Those guards don't have the right to strangle you like that.

Euan Plays Ecodisc is a motor from KONE,a lift company. Hydraulic is a type of a lift, not a brand. Ask if you want
That over an hour must have been hell.
Mmm 😐
Yes for sure indeed, and I feel really upset about that.
Well that’s fine to cry! It wasn’t your fault that there idiots! If youtube didn’t block or stop rude words then I would be saying to many nasty things about them to read! :)) Hope you recover from the shock
@@DaveInBridport Me too
Please call the police about this and press charges if necessary, this is unacceptable. It was quite difficult to watch tbh, please keep us updated
In Spain if someone was hurt by a guard or get hurt while going inside a place even unauthorized this guard or enterprise can be punished really hard.
Denunciar
Spain is a good country for that
As spanish yes

The photographer takes his chance to escape. He is still in tears about how that security guard was behaving and

Back in the store, the member of public just manages to press 9 9 9 before the security snatches his phone out
of his hand and stuffs it into his pocket.
I've had a problem dealing

Eventually, the police officer shows up and walks towards the member of public.
MOP: He's just over there.
The police walks towards him and glares at him.
POLICE OFFICER: Right, now listen up carefully. You are in very big trouble according to a member of the public,
for firstly wasting our time by calling us up when no-one had commited an offence. Secondly, you have

Beno Lifts Absolutley
Please name if you can!
Get the bastard nicked.
I first watched this video two months ago and every new upload you make. It's worse as we don't know if action was taken against them. These bullies should watch your Benidorm outdoor lift surfing which takes guts and courage ...something these bullies will never have!
That's terrible! Whenever I've been confronted by security they've just either kicked me out or sometimes take an interest and and show me round.
You poor thing I feel sad that your crying 😞😞
Hopefully he feels better 😊😊
So sad! This is the first time we saw Ben cry! 😭
Damn, not that again! You must have gone through so much.
That's not right. You could press charges against him for assualt.
*John Wick wants to know the nasty thug building location*
I would have called the police. Their behaviour is absolutely disgusting. I hope you're ok Ben.
Strangling someone is a criminal offence
We feel bad about you beno 😥
That emoji has sweat coming down! Use 😢 Emoji!
It’s a Criminal Offense to be assaulted by Security or Police.
Thats crazy footage
Disgusting behaviour, acting like they are superior and tormenting you. So disgusting they should go to jail
0:34 what did the bloke say?
Bro i feel so sorry for this man he di not deserve this I have been watching him for year s and I only just found this I hope he called police
They have a point saying you shouldn’t be in a restricted area, but they should not have touched you. They should of just shown you the door, very unprofessional, they should be re trained or sacked
honestly I probably would also get a bit abussive but thats why Im not a security guard, you dont trespass, thats the ned of it, you can have your opinion but as an aspergers meself I can easilly say this could have been avoided if you just follow common sence and dont trespass :/
this is what we need, we need more discipline, anarchy will come from people just saying "but it isnt exactly against the law" NO its common sence to not trespass, here in sweden we have something called disciplinary action, either you get roughed up a bit and tought a lesson or you go free and dont learn a thing
If something is not against the law and doesn't affect anyone else then I do not accept anyone telling be I shouldn't do it.
well you dont do it, just because it is legal doesnt give you free reign to shit on sombody by being so intrussive and filming stuff which probably people dont want to be filmed
what I find insulting is people who just go willy nilly, urban exploring into buildings where there are for example signs that say "employees only" as they totally disrespect people working there, security among other things just to get some footage
It is not for someone to tell others that they must not do something unless it is actually illegal.
its time for respect mate, just because it is legal doesnt mean you do it, areas which are only for employees exist for a reason, and there is tons of reasons as to actually respect those signs and the wishes of the ones who work there
also: your comparisons with walking clockwise is aneamic at best, it isnt really an argument

THOSE SECURITY GUARDS ARE JUST PURE JERKS!!!
ASSHAT FUCKFACES THE SECURITY GUARDS
@@hopesworldd7678 AGREED!
Dicks I think
Hope you have recovered from that now. He should never laid a hand on you, in the heat of the moment anybody could lose it and become physical or upset. But if you take any action I see a large can of worms that could mess up your life and work. Stay safe man.
If only there was something to smash his face in with though its assault the way they acted towards you was pathetic for something so minor too
Should fight back them
A matinince guy turns into a thug
That security guard probably barely passed training
This maintenance guy NEEDS to get fired like RIGHT NOW!
Beno, when you got caught by security, you could have done an impression of Nikocado Avocado.
At least you got his face caught on camera..
Omg he should be arrested, hope you are ok, poor Beno :-(
😢😭
full video? saw your recent video, and I saw this building on a trip to London, thought it was so cool, I'd like to see it before it got stripped
THROW THEM OFF THE BUILDING
Beno, 3 things. One: you are a fast runner, 2, don't let them bring you down, and 3, they should be arrested
I would report that guy to the police immediately
Hugs for Beno and that pace is no joke
OMG Those Guards Do Not Have the right to do that! If you were a really bad guy such as a robber this would happen! But your tamperation is minor, lift surfing is a bad thing and can kill you but if you don’t get killed, the security guard will think there an alternative to do it, cuz it’s like lift surfing is a bad thing and can result in being detained but not enough to strangle you or such, bank robbing would be enough, sorry for you! 😢
Thats my bully in school
It’s horrible to see this happen, fight! If I was in the U.K., I’d fight right along with you. Find out the management and go right to the top with the video evidence.
For some reason, this just popped up in my recommended list after 6 years. Did anything ever come of this or did you just let it go? Makes me so angry watching this again
Cruelty level: this video > Super angry security guards detain us
Bruh, that is absolutely unprofessional behaviour from these security guards. I hope you’ve reported them to the police, they deserve to be arrested.
Knob-heads
I would definitely take legal action. That is not okay. I am sorry that this would have to happen. A report to the police would be a solid place to start for sure.
Please be more careful and be safe. Just rest and recover.
Has action been taken against these disgusting creatures yet...?
what a hero, glad you decided to talk back
and then run away
1:13 Nononono
this is brutal.
True
Poor beno, they should have just escorted you out, not abused you. Hope you OK...
@VERNON L🦜 my profile? Yes. I also like those trains.
NO!!!!!!!!!
DETENTION!!!!!!!!!!
They aren't security guards, you should've sent the recording to police officers.
This guy don't have to strangle you.
Having fun is not a crime
I'm angry because of that kind of persons...
That was definitively something unexcuseable from these guys. Report and avoid the place if you can. Is your friend ok ?
sue them for violence & harassment, aggravated assault etc.
UA-cam: Category: Entertainment
Is this guy supposed to be a surety guard if so get him if not report them to the police i mean you've got the evidents also ain't he a chubby fella XD
Hope you recover from that nasty thug for assaulting you
I wish you to avoid bad thugs and carry on with more lift adventures and lift surfing
You should visit Stockholm very soon
Disgusted by there behaviour towards you!
What a bellend!
I feel bad for you, If I was there I will LEGIT ANNOY THEM ALOT
Was this in England
I'm sorry, but... I take the fake crying and yellow shoes as simply more of the comedic elements brilliantly employed by Beno & The Flying Circus-- *masters* of low-budget high-quality comedy! :D
That's not fake crying bro
Oh my gosh I am a big fan of yours and I’m so sorry that you have to go through all of that the plant room guy should be well ashamed of what he has done and that is just so Wong for what that guy did I hope one day he gets his karma and instantly regret strangling you
Poor Beno ☹
