Big weddings are overrated. They become more about the image than the actual cause.
The only thing I regret not spending money on, was a photographer. We asked a friend who was a wannabe photographer. Got maybe 3 photos we could use.
I threw up the whole day before my wedding. By the time the rehearsal came I was feeling better but my little sister, who was flower girl, hurled all over the aisle of the church. The priest used a vacuum to clean it. My mom started hurling right after the wedding dinner and had to go home early. My husband to be had told me it was just jitters when I first started to feel unwell and was actually annoyed at me and said I was being dramatic. That should have been a sign. Happily divorced 8 years this spring. 😆

This is hilarious as a joke... unfortunately many women think that they should stay with a guy because they're scared to break up.

Nate Bargatze is such an underrated comedian
If my future spouse isn't game for a small, intimate wedding with a few guests that's all about the cause and our love for one another instead of flexing and spending money on what's nothing more than a big party, I'm out. They ain't it for me. ✌
I feel like there was more to that last story, but it got cut off. That didn't feel like an "ending" to the story.
I am not entirely convinced this is Nate. He looks like a completely different person.
Nate's wedding was just like mine. We had a 3 day bender for cheap af 😂
As long as you had a blast :) my partner and I don’t want to get married, but we plan to invite all our close loved ones to eat all our fav foods and just party together a while. We plan for this after my PhD.

Weddings are weird, being married still really has no discernable benefit to the man, aside from the wonderful new challenge of a series of tripwires that could result in immediate financial ruin 🤔

Actually, in all seriousness, men benefit, healthwise, from marriage. I will send you the information if you want. It's very interesting because it is actually more beneficial for WOMEN to remain single than for men to be married.
