Over the past few weeks, I've had a ton of clients looking to call this place home so I decided to touch on the area a bit more so you can see what it's all about!

Also love it that the Amtrack train goes right in the middle of Lakeland:one can easily commute from Lakeland to Orlando from one downtown to another, or to Tampa or from Orlando to Tampa

Right now I’m thinking about moving to Lakeland Highlands Florida as my birthday gift next year because I enjoy having warm weather all year around going swimming all the time more blue skies and I like to wear shorts during fall and winter.
Your voice, tone, and way of explaining talking points are all good. Just wish you showed more of Lakeland.

Lakeland is the NEXT BIG thing , I was visiting there recently, such a beautiful place for you people but also to raise a family, people are so nice and friendly, I was really impressed.

Well did you ask the locals how their town is being invaded by all these out of town people. Lakeland was good because the population was not that big. Now I see my town is our growing itself. Hopefully with growth lakeland will maintain its charm. Out of town people must value what we already had doing on in Lakeland, which was always good local people.

I like the name l-4 corridor.Now it has a name .and yes in the future high risers; apartments, doctors offices, hospitals, etc will come up and one will start to see to develop on the I-4 corridor.
We just bought a new construction home in Winter Haven-Lakeland area for 415k all in. The same house, same builder, etc would have been 550k in Saint Cloud or Clermont (which is still not Orlando) so the cost savings was definitely worth it.

Lakeland,Plant City ,Haines City, Seebring, LaBelle, Belle Glades are the fastest growing cities in ,Florida .Lakeland and Plant City are just off I-4 between orlando and Tampa and close to both .Haines City, Seebring , Ave Maria all growing. La Belle,Clewiston and Belle Glades might seem bad now...,but look at it in the ong run.

Lakeland due to its location between Orlando and Tampa is the fastest growing city in the nation. Lots of people relocating from congested Miami-Dade county to Lakeland.Lots moving from California ,where it is too expensive and the weather is cold. Lots moving from everywhere. Young, old, people with families, retirees,Hispanics , Asians:lots of Thai, Vietnamese, Indians moving to the area. Many direct from Asia ,other relocating from other places such as California, the NE. and the Upper Midwest. Lots of demand for housing.Demand for high raisers apartment building right of l-4 .Lots of opportunity to invest .
If I could afford to live in Lakeland, Florida I definitely would
Number one draw :the weather.Number 2 draw location:between Orlando and Tampa,right off I-4 .One can workin Tampa or even Orlando and live in Lakeland.Also newer ,more spacious homes
I may be coming back in 5 years, probably be bigger than Orlando/Tampa by then lol.

I'm looking in lakeland I can't find a community under 3k. While they start at high 2s by the time all is included it's mid to high 3s
For new construction? Don’t think there’s really any under 300k after lot premiums, upgrades, etc.

We are looking at retiring in a 55+ community around the Orlando area. What are the top communities, in your opinion, in regards to quality and amenities offered? In other words, which 55+ communities would be considered “high-end” on the spectrum? I don’t paying more for top-tier quality and offerings. Thanks so much!
Dell Webb Sunbridge is my #1 and my 55+ clients have absolutely loved it, I don’t think there’s another one that comes close!

From northside to south side is one major traffic jam takes forever to get thru ..just too congested all round ..i lived there 7 yrs ago all my life.. move bc its no longer a quaint little town and cost is up as is crime..
You can thank the out of town people moving into lakeland for that. Well towns and places don’t stay the same for ever.
Basically that’s most places in Fla….cause of everyone moving down here!

I appreciate the time you put into the video. My fiancé and I are planning on moving to Lakeland. My main concern is buying a home while looking for employment. I will be selling my current home (not a whole lot of equity in it) for this move but am worried about not having a stable job while we buy a house. Thoughts or suggestions on how I can make this happen?
Just send it bro, don’t even think about it, just sell everything and go wherever it is that you want to go. Just do it. And honestly if it doesn’t workout that’s just how life is sometimes life doesn’t always go the way you want it to, but if you just keep like going.. it’ll probably be aight.

Not really a strong market for AirnBNB or short term rentals from an investor prospective
Can you get a new construction home that has already been built without having to commit and wait 2yrs for it to be built?
Yes actually, at the most you should be waiting 6 months, but with inventory sitting a bit longer, a lot of homes are already built and ready to go.

Is Lakeland a safe and food place for vacation?
Truth is ive lived there since i was 8 im now 68 ..moved 7yrs ago bc of so much growth cost and crime..lakelands a preety town ..but looks can deceive

There sure is n the Walmart on 98 is very very dirty the northern side isn’t a nice place to live the schools are full of crime I know this cause I live in a 55 plus community on the north end oh n medical here is awful. Stay away from the north side of 98
