Lakeland kind of reminds me of Pre Disney Orlando when I first visited as a child back in 1970,there were orange groves as far as the eye can see back then.

the best thing I did was move from this city nothing to do , I live in Hallandale Beach Fl which is close to Miami and Hollywood Beach Fl the night life is great it's a lot of jobs that's available and paying good.
Trying to relocate to Lakeland but it gets a bit frustrating as soon as you see a home you like it’s, “Pending.” Very helpful video.
Yes unfortunately it's still very competitive and definitely frustrating for buyers. Even with all the right strategies, there are no guarantees.

Hey! There aren't a ton of housing options out in that area. There are some of course, and there is an area of lower priced homes on the east side of Lake Parker--"Combee Settlement" area. This is exactly why everybody keeps moving to Lakeland 🤦🏻♂️ please stop bringing people in. THERE IS LOTS OF CRIME! LOW INVENTORY ON HOUSES BEING SOLED. A lot of houses are really expensive right now 🤷🏻♂️ just stay away. Also, TRAFFIC HERE KEEPS GETTING WORST AND WORST.
I agree 100% it's absolutely miserable here now, it was once a nice place but now it's ridiculously overcrowded
Why is there crime? What type?
I know, I lived there for 17 years and moved from there in April 2022 , The only thing a realtor see's is Lakeland is a hot market and a 6% commission.
