Don't worry about the hairloss, it does settle down and is just the pregnancy hair coming out. It seems such a lot as it's all of a sudden but it's perfectly normal ❤

Motherhood is a huge learning curve and babies don't come with a manual. The first few months can be SO hard. Be proud of yourself, I'm very proud of you 👏

You obviously aren’t coping very well why don’t you just stop pumping and give him formula he is 3 months old so he should be okay. You are way behind on your videos he must be 6 months old now.
Luca was on formula and breastmilk, I do explain that I am weaning off pumping but I am prone to clogged ducts which is why I was having to do it slowly. As hard as it was I’m glad I weaned off slowly and naturally as it allowed my body to adjust well, especially with the hormonal drop that comes with stopping breast feeding. I had put an immense pressure on myself because I felt like I was being judged for formula feeding, it was an extreme mental battle at the time which is why yes I am 3 months behind. The reason I upload the parts re pumping is to help other mums going through the same thing to show they are not alone 😊hoping to be caught up by the end of the year!
