nice job. a few suggestions for you: accuracy is low because of loose timing belts and weak stepper motors. use a spring to stop backleash between two nuts on Z axis. use same const. on X-Y axis. have bigger stepper motors. use a smaller bit on rotary tool with a softer wood, maybe better to start with some foam.
screws falling out, bit wobbling, good idea but not your finest work, I think this would have been better suited for laser engraving, no vibration and less torque for the stepper motors to deal with. Clearly you have learned from past mistakes, your more recent projects have been awesome :)

Big step missing here. Those motors will not work with those drivers as the motors are unipolar. They need to be modified. OR use ULN2003 drivers and modified grbl
5mm pulleys on stepper motors ? can you give me the amazon link ? i already saw them but i'm not convinced because they look too deep, anyway they works (al least in your cnc :) )

Belt needs to be paralel otherwise it will get loose at center and tight in the extremity. Your screws are loose. Those motors are very weak for this purpose. Your cutting tool is not well centered.
