Just finished watching The series yesterday, great cast but he's the best, mimicking Mr LA de da gunner Graeme, my Fave episode I've seen like 100 times and could recite it on my own, is from series 2, The Natives are Revolting, Dad had never the twain shall meet episode from series 8 back in the 80,s on video we always watched!!! There is barely a handful of american sitcoms worth rerunning, but not enough time in the day to recall all the British comedies that are worth running over and over again as they were so damn funny. Introducing my son to Dad's Army and never heard him laugh so much. One of the many timeless classics and what about the individual comic genius's like the Two Ronnies, Dave Allen, John Cleese ..oh the list can just go on

The appeal is that Brits love to take the piss out of themselves but check out the genius of the Phil Silvers Show (Bilko), which does the same to the US army. Pure genius as is of course, BSM Williams.
