Those are super welders !!! Perfect perfect perfect for your operation!!!! DON'T JUMP START that welder just replace your battery or charge it !! Don't know if you've been told that but it can damage the board in it.. unless miller changed things on these new ones . I'm sure you know but that's my two cents

I’m new to your Channel just sigh up . So how you like that trailblazer . I’m Service tech down in marble Falls Tx Area on welder . One thing on them welder . I just got one myself. It is a fifteen model with a mig suitcase and plasma cutter all on a small trailer. 50 foot of leads and the best thing is that it only has 40 hours on it. $3800 for the entire setup. Couldn’t believe it and couldn’t pass on it. I have been enjoying it for the past couple of weeks.

Ohhh those are nice! The "stiff" setting allows for a more aggressive arc when digging and gouging with 60xx rods and the "soft" setting works best for cap passes where you want better flow with less undercut, least that's how I say it.
A dealer that knows the products they sell and can diagnose and service what they sell are worth their weight in Gold IMO.

I think chucke2009 did a review on one of those a couple years ago and really liked it. I was looking to get one but slowed down and really couldn't justify spending the money on one for the little bit I do and some functions I would never use. It's a nice machine. A hundred dollar machine is all I need to stick things together for me to get by with. Big things I got a welding shop right down the road and it gives me the chance to jaw jack and maybe a cold beer if it's late enough.

Maybe I didn’t scroll down far enough to see if someone answered you already but that arc control is also referred to as a dig function. Basically so you can dial it up to keep a tight arc with say a 6010 rod and keep it from stickin. Then you can tune it back for your caps with a 7018 or so. Never thought I’d see something so shiny on this channel!! Good for you buddy

Very nice indeed but extend the stack a bit and think about a heat shield with all the miles you drive. Servicing and access to operate look really good. Strong high quality back up is gold today. Some protection for the electrics from the wet long term I think would be wise.
