Very nice shot. Although not my favourite.diesel
in my years of rail travel in the late 60s early seventies I had had two trains peak hauled and they both failed.
One in particular. was running from Bath to Paddington as part of my journey to Harwich via Liverpool Street to catch the boat train to Holland.
caught the boat train by a whisker.
we were transferred to. another train at one of the stations leading into Paddington.😮
