Hello. You just came up on my cue. Welcome to the World of Lil-e-ac! When the kids were learning in the beginning, some of their music education was listening to music. First time they heard Queen they thought it was heavy until the heard Metallica and Megga Death etc. To this day in studio they layer their vocals like Queen according to Papa Liliac. As you can see, they are very comfortable on stage. Even though MeloDia didn't like how they were treated on AGT compared to World's Best, when asked how it was they said the croud was amazing, they loved us! You are looking at an 17 year old MeloDia. I just shake my head at how fast these kids are growing up. Just a couple years ago. Justin could barely see over his keyboard. lol Now he is nearly as tall as his big brother. In a couple more years, I can't even imagine what they will bring us.

Right? I have officially made them my fave band too. Sam is my fave lead guitar, Aby my fave drummer, Ethan is for sure my fave bassist, and Justin is a new keytar player and even plays it like his keyboards. Melody will always be my fave female singer now. She even replaced Lzzy Hale for me. About a year ago, I described Melody's voice as "crushed diamonds on velvet".
You definitely need to see them live ! High energy hard rocking shows ! Check out Mars Live from this Same show . Or the latest cover , Heaven and Hell , they made it heavier than the Black Sabbath original . They also have some tribute shows this year featuring Vinny Apicce on drums !
Liliac pronounced LIL EE ACK has never called themselves the first family of rock, that was a monica given to them by the host of The Worlds Best show in which they scored extremely high from the judges , .they also highly impressed the judges on America's got Talent and would have easily gone on to win except that to do so ,they would have had to sign a 5 yr contract that would see 99% of their earnings for the 5 yrs going to the shows producers . This is why Liliac is fiercely independent and do everything themselves . If you haven't already, I suggest you check out their original song MARS from the same concert as this performance it will give you an insight into what great songwriters and musicians they really are ,did you know for example that each one of them can play multiple instruments, and have other talents besides music ,they really are a unique family . I will add to this Mickey my dear friend; Master of Puppets ft Aidan Fisher. Best known for his performance of this same song in Strange Things. That Encore, was done after the kids did a 90-minute show. It's off the charts.

A famous cover band ???? When you can't break through on your own, just record someone else's hits. The fact they are "family" doesn't interest me at all. I don't listen to music for the novelty aspect of it. If they are going to do "covers", why suck at the teat of "Crazy Train", clearly a massive hit, and try to make, "No Bone Movies", from the same Ozzy album, a hit? We know why. I give them credit for being business savvy. Go for the money. Creativity doesn't enter the equation. Good news for Liliac: Many talented writers and musicians came before them and created a huge library of hits now available for them to cover. The teat they suckle from will never run dry. Do you suppose in the future another novelty band will cover Liliac covering Queen? Liliac's music is a cash grab, but hey, they're a FAMILY!!!!!!!!!
