It was so good! People who complain about it being a "rip off" of A Christmas Story obviously don't understand what the term "homage" means. It's a fantastic new Christmas movie!

Just had an epiphany hearing John talk about nostalgia and feeling 14 again. I wonder if the chase for nostalgia has become a subconscious human effort to chase after the fountain of youth.
I loved the ending for 8 bit Christmas. His dad invested time into the tree house and I feel like there’s going to be an “8bit summer” sequel

Didn't catch Bebop yet but I had to stop watching 8-Bit Christmas - could not get into it and yes the Parents were horrible. I had a feeling it would turn out the way that you said. Great episode. The ending of 8 bit christmas actually really hit home for me. I had lost my Dad just about a week before watching it. My dad wasn't the best dad, but he did teach me a thing or two about carpentry. So seeing that ending actually brought me a little comfort. Its funny how a silly movie can do that. Happy new year!

Happy New Year! This is definitely one of the best episodes ever done, I loved Rob doing Arnie impressions and Johnny going on an actual rant while Rob is just losing it from laughing. Kim is also very impressive with the sheer number of RPG's that she's completed in a year.
It's also great to hear that Rob was able to walk into your home after such a long recovery time.
... I swear Robman and Kim were in a vid together waaaaaayyyy back in the day! Like I remember when you both did like a wrestling promo against each other over some game and Kim was the ref. I think Rob had a bandana and a wig and there was talks of losing manhood and such. Well Happy New Years!
