From Burn Piles to Beauty: Transforming our Off-Grid Oasis

We are Kaitlyn & Patrick, two adventure seekers that recently sold all of our belongings to full fill our life long dream of living sustainably. We purchased 15 acres of raw land in the mountains of East Tennessee. Since moving to our property we’ve installed our solar setup for all of our power needs and rainwater catchment systems for all of our water needs. Join us as we continue to build out our off grid homestead in the mountains and navigate this adventure we call life!

Thank you! Yes, we plan to have chickens (hopefully soon 🤞🏼) and possibly some goats at some point. We plan to get started on our garden soon! Unfortunately, our last frost for the season is late May so I may not be for a few more months. We have some other exciting projects coming up really soon! As always thanks for rooting for us!
