Just go buy a new model
If you click on the tools button on your remote, click right then select e-manual. From there a new menu opens with various options. Scroll down until you find ‘app install not found’. Another menu will then open with various meats to choose from. Click ‘raw uncooked chicken’ and select weight. Then select the device you which to cook with. I use the default ‘toaster option’. Then go into your kitchen and put the chicken into the toaster and set the heat to 6. If it won’t fit just cram it in. Make sure to keep the tray in underneath to catch any juices. Should take around 10 minutes. Let me know if you have any more queries

I am struggling downloading the apps, I have no problem pulling them up but when I tap "install" nothing happens. TV is working, and other apps seem fine just no additional. This is my 3rd smart Samsung TV in the house, is there a limit or something? I have gone on line and signed up on the computer, and each TV found itself when I confirmed them, what gives? Thanks
I'm having the same issue where i hit "install" when i find what i want to download. It changes to "cancel", then it just goes right back to "install". When i go back to the home screen, nothing new is there. im lost....
I just figured it out. Even though it looks as if my TV still has plenty of memory to download more apps, i couldn't get to the menu he shows where you can add/move it around on the home screen until i deleted some apps i dont use.

I am able to load Philo from the Internet, but can not figure out how to add it to my apps on Samsung Home Page. This is a 2020 Samsung Model; Google App is not on this model.

If Samsung doesn't offer the app, you need to get a streaming device that does and hook it up to your TV.

What if under search you still can’t find the app
It’s likely not available from your Samsung TV. Go to the app’s website and check the list of supported devices
