Hi Michael, I have been hanging around your channel for about 2 years now debating on going the streaming route. I have had cable TV for over 30 years. So simple coming home and there is an instant live channel talking to you, then you put groceries away and start channel surfing. Fast and easy. Then my 2 year contract with my cable provider was up December 8. There was no negotiating because I was an existing customer. The current cable + internet was going from $187 to $260 a month for the same exact plan. Because of you and your channel, I bought 3 Roku’s for each TV set everything up on my own, restablished my Netflix plan onto the roku’s and signed up for UA-cam TV with the 21 day trial, as well as using the The free Pluto Tv app which has an amazing selection under their movies category. I owe this all to you because of your dedication to keeping us up to date on streaming. Plus I followed your How-to videos for setting up Roku and Beginning UA-cam TV. Thank, thank you, thank you.
@@cheveryloliver1928 No complaints. It has worked out well. I bought a Roku Express 4K and added the UA-cam app (which is pre installed) then you only need to be signed in on your computer and it’s always there like cable. You only need to organize your channel lineup in the order you want to see them when you go to the live tv guide. You don’t organize on the TV, you do it on the UA-cam TV website. You move them up or down the list and on the computer. When you turn on the TV and click the UA-cam TV app, your channel lineup order shows up on the TV. Once you open the app on TV, at the top, you’ll see Library, Home, Live. Press the arrow to highlight “ Live” to get the TV Guide. Only thing I miss is channel surfing. Instead you’re app searching. But I do have a better selection of movies and shows through the Roku, UA-cam TV, and Pluto TV, and paying $73 monthly + internet vs $260 monthly with cable
You're really good at helping people find out how to break free from the high cost of cable and satellite and watch the shows they enjoy at a lower price and helping them navigate the apps

Thank you ! This was undoubtedly the BEST video explanation of You Tube TV I have ever seen. You explained everything. I followed along on laptop while manipulating on the TV. I was completely baffled and had to unplug the TV to get it to access You Tube TV correctly . Once I did that I watched your video and it became crystal clear.
Thanks so much, Michael, for all your videos. I finally did a UA-camTV trial a month ago. I liked it and actually had more channels and features than my basic cable package (the DVR, on demand programs, etc.). So I got the one day NBA deal last week for $75 off the first 3 months (even after another 2 week free trial but I just had to use another Google account). I felt so good walking into my cable company yesterday with boxes and remotes in hand and telling them to cancel my TV! A liberating experience! And I have more shelf space in my TV rooms and less cords and cables, etc. For 3 months, I'll save $85 a month and then once my subscription goes to the regular price, I'll be saving about $60 a month. It was easy for me since I use Chromecast for years now anyway to stream stuff. Great job!
Just signed up with UA-cam TV. About to cancel Spectrum streaming. Too expensive and a lot of buffering. I have a Roku stick to stream Soectrum app. Once I cancel Spectrum, I’ll need to return their modem and router. What do people use for internet with their Yourube TV? Should I buy my own router and modem? Do I need both?
It's been said so often this is probably superfluous; but this is superb. I can just imagine the hours and hours of work that went into this. As someone who used to write up manuals at work for fellow employees myself, I know the effort involved in figuring out the right order, putting the head into that of the student, polishing and refining descriptions of procedures, etc. etc. Truly outstanding. I'm a member of a UA-cam TV "family." It may be a tiny minority, but I had to take your tutorial and edit it slightly for those family members because members don't have full access to all the features you mention. I don't know if the minority of family members who cannot take full advantage of everything in your tutorial are large enough to justify an alternate version of your tutorial, but I'm happy to share with you the changes I made to your tutorial, if you're curious. Kudos again! I looked for several hours for a really good UA-cam TV tutorial for our "family" and yours won going away; no comparison!
@@MichaelSaves Thank you for your interest! I just sent you an email that gives you access to my suggested changes for a possible second video for UA-cam TV "family" members; I hope you find it helpful.
A couple of questions from a long time TiVo user. When you set a recording for a sporting event, can you add time - football games often go an hour past the scheduled time. When setting up a TV show to record, can you set it to record new broadcasts only - if you said record CSI, you might get 10+ years of recordings otherwise. THanks
UA-cam TV does "all or nothing" recordings for a series at this point. As for your first question, recordings are extended automatically for games and events that go over!
Was thinking about canceling my cable and moving over to UA-camTV. After watching this vid, I've decided to stick with cable as its number pad remote allows far easier and faster access to the channels I watch. Thanks for making this an easy decision.
Your comment is very interesting. I like Comcast because I can record "new shows only" and that is not available on YTTV. I am going to go the YTTV route though as it will save me $60 per month. I lose the one perk, however, pocket $60 in savings.
Thanks. I am going to attempt to get my 87 year old mother to learn how to use UA-cam TV and ditch Comcast basic cable. Mom is a bit resistant to change. You have done a great job explaining how to use the app and I will show it to mom.
Exceptional organization and explanation of the features. Just one recommendation...need more pauses because it may be intuitive to you who have been using this for a while but for the learner, we need time to assimilate what you just said before moving on to the next screen, especially since we are moving from the video to the tv and trying it for ourselves. Very needed for the hands-on learners. Thank goodness for rewind!!
The two features they’re still missing that Hulu has is going back to Live if you rewind on a show, and having a “last channel” option. Still love the overall experience and interface of YTTV, just missed having those two features!
Earlier this year we switched from Direct TV to UTube TV. Soooo much cheaper and love the unlimited recordings. We use Apple TV boxes as we have older tv’s. Works great!
Hi Deb, I'm paying DirecTV $100 a month and I want to switch to UA-cam TV. The one thing I'm confused about is the box and remote for DirecTV I would give back to them and does UA-cam provide me with a box and remote?
@@robileev if you have a smart tv that would let you add the UTube TV app, then you don’t need a box or special remote. If you have an older tv that IS NOT a smart tv then you need something like an Apple TV box. It basically functions like you have a smart tv. I have used a family members tv that has google tv in it and it seems like it is slower and more cumbersome than using the Apple TV box.
@@raz3032 For the newer 4K boxes which have much better remotes, they run from 129-199. Just do a search for Apple TV 4K in your browser. Places like B&H Photo may have some lower prices.
Just cut the proverbial cord earlier today. I've learned a lot watching this video. Will probably watch it several more times (along with some of your others) as I'm a slow learner. :o) Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
We got our Charter/Spectrum bill just last week. $303!!! Way too big an increase at a time when the whole country is suffering. I dropped home phone and cable TV, keeping the 200 Mbps Internet. We decided UA-cam TV and Philo to cover the missing History Channel and my wife likes the extra Hallmark channels missing from UA-cam TV. We’re saving close to $200.00 a month. We find that the services are just as good as cable with respect to reception quality, but it’s considerably less convenient having to deal with two lineups just to get the same channels. The worst part is the clutter caused by the rudimentary “DVR” recording so many unwanted episodes. Seriously, having to wade through everything ever made on a series just to watch one episode is just asinine. If their developers can’t do better than that, it’s time to fire them all and start over. UA-cam offered a free trial all right. Two days! I signed up at night, so we got a free trial of 20 hours. Keep that in mind, I wish I had known.
What he didn't mention was previous channel, although maybe wasn't available when he uploaded..if you want to go back and forth from live channels, not library, you simply press and hold select/enter button. Comes in handy
It was not available at recording time. I have mentioned it in more recent videos, including this one: ua-cam.com/video/k_gxMlLQYOY/v-deo.html Thanks for watching!
EXCELLENT TUTORIAL. I just dropped sat tv - was going to OTA (and still might - for the local 'point' channels). Going to give YT TV a try...I have an older TV but I have had Amazon Firestick for a couple of years so good to go. I look forward to not having signal loss during rough weather (Iowa) when you need the TV the most, lol.
Let me know how it turns out! If you don't like YTTV, there's always Hulu Live or DIRECTV STREAM. And OTA is great if you just need locals -- huge savings when you go the antenna route.
Have you switched from DirecTV to UA-cam TV? That's what I want to do, but it's confusing to me. If I stop using DirecTV then their box and remote wouldn't work so UA-cam provides those to me as well?
@@robileev youtube tv is a streaming service like a app for smart tvs and mobile devices youtube tv doesn't offer a cable box nor a contract however direct tv stream which is different from the satellite service has a box and remote and still no contract if you stream the service apparently if you want the equipment with direct tv stream you have to agree to a 24 month commitment apparently. not sure if you were referring to direct tv stream or the satellite service I've tried lots of streaming services and cable companies over the years
Michael, Thanks for the great tutorial which all but eliminated the learning curve. I cut the cord and although UA-cam TV isn't the cheapest option, I am saving 1/2 the monthly amount of my traditional cable and with a much cleaner picture!
Was considering cutting the cable and going to You Tube but...This looks like a huge pain in the Ass. I just want to turn on the TV and watch what I want. I guess I'll stick with cable the convenience to me is worth the cost.
Enjoyed your Video very much., it did explain much... Do your offer maybe a Part II for beginners ? Also is there a way to remove videos you no longer want in the Library ?
You can't remove videos. You can only stop recordings and they will fall off. I wonder if this article/video may help you: michaelsaves.com/streaming/change-youtube-tv-settings/
Your videos have been very helpful. I'm considering switching from Hulu to UA-camTV. I have a question when creating a custom guide on one TV, will the same guide show up on other devices, laptops, and tablets as long as you are logged in to the same account? Thanks.
The home screen seems like it's all over the place. I'd like to know how they create all these different categories that seem to change over time. I understand top picks for you and resume watching but beyond that It's all over the place it seems. If I do select one of the movies I don't see the ability to watch a trailer. Now do I see a thumbs up or thumbs down where you can tell the system you like or don't like the movie. By having the ability to go in and look at older movies, select, and the give your thumbs up or down the system can learn much quicker your type of viewing. Only have had it for a week so I'm still learning.
Very good tutorials 👊🏽 Easy to follow and VERY helpful Thanks for your work: the research you do, and all the work you put into these videos We will subscribe and support 👍🏽
On the "Most Watched" option for setting up your sequence of channels on the guide, is it based on the most watched channels by everyone, or does it calculate what you personally watch and automatically sequence the channels? I'm thinking if it's automatic based on what you personally watch, then you might have to wait a month or so for it to figure it out.
I'm not sure it takes a month, but I demonstrated with a new account. It is based on the email address you log in with -- not everyone in the family. The more you watch, the better the recommendations. Deleting your watch history will reset things.
Just finished watching. Thanks for a great explanation of YTTV. We have an LG Smart TV...do we have to use a Roku box and remote, or can we just use our own remote that came with the LG TV and perform all functions? Thanks!
Thank you for your assistance. But I suggest that you listen to your audio. You need to have a pause between your instructions. I had to pause several times to do things like sign into my account. My hand/eye coordination is okay, yet I couldn't keep up until I got to the Live Guide page. People who are slower, such as those who key using the hunt and peck method, might feel frustrated. Otherwise, it's a great instruction. Peace, Louden.
Just signed up for UA-cam TV . Free trial. Who do UA-cam TV subscribers use for internet? I currently have Spectrum Streaming service and use their modem and router. Should I cancel Spectrum cable and just rent the modem and router? Or buy my own? I have a Roku stick. Do I need both a modem and router?
This is great but I have 2 questions--when you mentioned keeping yours on auto at the HD button must you do this for each show or is there a place you can do it for all TV and if it is an HD item will it automatically (ergo the word automatic) come through in HD? Sorry for my ignorance but it makes a big difference in sports. Thank you
When you keep it on auto, it will stay that way for all channels. But some channels are in 1080p and others in 720p -- then you can pay extra for 4K (limited content)
I tried YT TV and did not want to watch all the commercials during the live shows. Can not always plan ahead to record the shows so I could fast forward thru the commercials.
Very impressive! Other services make you scroll through an endless amount of gibberish before you get to see the program you actually want! At this rate I might actually buy a tv.
UA-cam TV. I am having trouble adding a second and third TV (live stream)? When I go through the process it wants me to pay for another subscription. I just have the base plan. If I find a way to add the additional TVs under the 3 Live streams offered in the plan, will they share the same library and displayed stations (preferred). Thank you, Russ - Your videos are very helpful. Thank you for posting them.
You just need to log in to all of your devices (phones, computers and TV sets) using the same email and password as the main account. Then, you can watch on up to 3 screens at any given time.
Another excellent video! I’m in the middle of trialing DirecTV stream for a couple of months with their trial and savings but may come back to UA-cam TV in a few months honestly I’m undecided at this point
@@MichaelSaves it’s not bad it’s got literally everything I can think of, so I’m trying to figure out now besides the RSN’s, what distinguishes them from UA-cam TV? Hulu live I can see because of the Disney bundle.
I know it’s a year after your comment, but today DirectTV stream is still blocking NBC due to contract failure. In the third month and have nowhere to watch live NBC in Atlanta. OTA does not work where we live.
Just what I needed to get started. Nicely done. Thanks for your videos. I’m looking forward to saving some money. Not looking forward to teaching my wife and mother-in-law how to navigate. LOL
Just signed up for the free trial. Did this last year around this time and loved it. Was just wondering if the price would dropped and it never did which was disappointing because I pay less for cable but who knows I may switch with new features and stuff.
Great info. Easy to follow. Thanks. Getting program info: Can the time in “program info” be extended? After scrolling down to get the info, there is not enough time to scroll further, the info screen disappears.
Curious - I do not have the channel I selected playing in the background on the Live TV screen. I have Roku Smart TV and wondered if that was why. It is an older model TV (2016 maybe). Also, this was incredibly helpful to me, thank you!
You may have Autoplay on Start disabled. I have a quick video that shows you this setting: ua-cam.com/video/_IW9l9I33as/v-deo.html your theory may be correct as well!
Is there a way to go back and forth between 2 channels of UA-cam Tv? For example I’m watching CNN, then I select NBC using the guide. Then while on NBC program, with one click of a button to go back to CNN without going to the guide or clicking down arrow and select back CNN.
When watching a show, it's hard to get back to the guide. I have the newest Roku stick and I can get back to the live guide but it always reverts to the top of the guide, not the channel that you're on, it's a little frustrating to honestly
On customizing the live guide, I have done exactly as instructed by using my laptop to go into my profile, settings, live guide. Dragged and dropped my top 12 channels to the top and hid those channels below that I don't even want to see on my guide. Then when on my TVs checked custom under the live tab. But my order does not show up. What's the problem?
Ok -- my only tip is to make sure you are logged in from the same email address on your TV that you used to update on the website. (Some people have multiple users, so they use different emails.) Also -- just refresh the guide by clicking Custom again. Sometimes that helps it update. No luck? I would contact support by live chat or have them call you back. Please update me and let me know because I do get this same comment every now and then. ua-cam.com/video/1U-c_ujSJ2c/v-deo.html
To be clear, if I want to record a current season of a TV show on one channel, it will record every past episode of that show even if it is being aired on a different channel? Thank you Micheal for your videos.
When you share the account with a family, can you set up different custom channel lists on the main account holder's profile and the shared family member's profile? For example, if I am the main account holder, and I set my custom channel lineup to have sports channels at the top, and I have my mom set up as a family member, can she set up a different custom channel lineup under her profile, so that she has a bunch of news channels at the top of her channel lineup??
Yes, you can share the account with your mom and then she can go customize her own lineup. But to see that on a TV, you'll need to make sure her account is signed in -- not the main account.
From his other videos, I know Michael is a YTTV efficianado. So it may not have taken as much time to create this video as you think. Since we spend most of our time watching content, it would be helpful to demo features available while watching content. I fast forwarded through the video and didn't see any demos of these features. I had the same complaint about a Fubo tutorial on another YT channel.
How do I get my iPhone that I use the remote feature on to control volume to the youtube app? I can do everything else but I have a speaker icon with a line thru it and I can't find a way to allow volume control. What can I do? Is there a setting I can change ?
Do I need to buy a Roku? I have a Universal MX-450 remote that I use with my DirecTV. Downloaded the UA-cam TV app to all of my smart TVs but the navigation doesn't look exactly like this tutorial.
There are slight differences in how the various UA-cam TV apps work. But if you downloaded the app, you definitely don’t need a Roku. Use what you’ve already got.
@@MichaelSaves Thanks for the reply! I'm currently trying the 2-day trial period using Apple TV and, so far, seems to be working OK. Really appreciate this video tutorial! :-)
Excellent guide, thank you! About the "DVR"... would you by chance know if shows on ABC don't allow playback from the "DVR"? For example, if you add an ABC show to the library, and then after it airs/records, that you can play it back from the DVR version (instead of VOD)? I ask because a couple years ago I tried the trial, and it would only give me the VOD to play back, thus I had to endure all the commercials. This was a deal breaker for me. It's not allowing me use a trial version again, so I can't test this out for myself. If you happen to know if ABC shows can be played back via DVR that would be great, thank you!
@@MichaelSaves Sweet, thank you sooo much. My old 15 yr old (?) Tivo finally died yesterday (lifetime program guide on it) so now seems like a good opportunity to cut the cable along with it, and go with UA-cam TV. Thx for your help, great channel and content!
Recent convert. Like it so far. BUT...My only complaint is you can't have it record "new shows" only. Really aggravating that it records shows I've seen years ago.
When I go to live TV and choose one at the top that’s live , it doesn’t play I get a message saying that it’s not available & I can send feedback - trying to set this up for my mom - I sent feedback three times, and the channel finally started playing, but the following time it did the same thing on other local channels that were playing live… it’s been a week now I still have not figured it out and there’s no one contacting us through email or chat from Google or UA-cam TV.. anyway, you can help me help my mom?
I purchased the NFL Ticket but how can I see that? I can’t see any indicator it’s there? Also can’t get the app to work on my other TV. It’s a Sony. Tried YTTV help and they called me and hung up. Will there be an actual Customer service line we can just call?
NFL Sunday Ticket doesn't start until football season. For customer service, chat or request a callback. Why did they hang up? My beginner's guide answers a lot of questions about how to get started with the service, including downloading the app on supported devices.
@@MichaelSaves I get it doesn’t start till the season begins but there’s no indicator that states its been purchased and would like some representation of how it’s going to be displayed/found in the app. I’ve been down this road w DIRECTV when they’ve made changes to find out there’s a glitch when the game kicks off and I all of a sudden have no access to said game even though I prepaid. As for customer service: I requested a call. Was told it would take 20 minutes then my phone rang instantly and hung up as instantly as I answered. No further communication from service thereafter.

You do not *need* the Roku. I only like it because the Roku interface makes it simple for people to switch between other streaming apps. I also prefer the simple Roku remote. But if your TV remote works fine for you, no need to get a Roku or other brand of streaming device.
I went on the website and customized my live guide channel line up as demonstrated in your video. Unfortunately, it does not come up on my tv when i go to the 3 bars and hit custom
This is my current problem with YT.. so i have a sudden issue with YT homepage and my Subs page, i accidentally hit the wrong key combo or something, and now i only see 3 BIG video thumbnails across in a row.. on each row (Very Annoying!) where as before, there was like 6 or 8 smaller ones, can't remember exactly. how the heck do i switch back? i've tried everything, including clearing cookies, all that stuff. still can't make it go back to normal! any ideas? thanks! ☮
With it being Only myself as a member, How do I set my UA-cam Tv as my main source of television without having to put a code in every time I watch UA-cam TV?
You need a pause button to give us a chance to do what you’ve said, then catch up with the tutorial. Since this is new info for me, I have to look around and find what you’re talking about. Thank you!
Is there a way to quickly go back to the show you were watching from the live guide? Or, do you have to scan all the way back up to the top of the guide every time?
I have something for you to try. Instead of scrolling back to the top where it displays the program name, from wherever you are in the guide, click the Pause/Play button on your remote. First to pause. Then to play. Then it should dismiss the guide and return you to the program. Please let me know if this works for you!
New YTTV subscriber as of today. I found this guide to be invaluable; thank you! One question: my husband added the MyOutdoorTV add-on. The only way we can figure out how to get to it is to go to the area where you can subscribe to the add-ons and click on that choice, which has a green check mark on it. That takes him to the VOD MyOutdoorTV selections but is sure a cumbersome way to get there. Is there an easier way to find it? TIA!
I'm sorry I wish I knew another way. If it is a live channel, I believe you can add it to your custom live guide (I show that in the video.) But if the add-on only has on demand, I'm not sure of another option besides search or the area you mentioned.
Thank you! It’s not live so can’t be added to the channel lineup. Thank you for the verification that there are only two ways to get there. I have watched several of your videos and really appreciate how clearly you explain things and how much time and effort you’ve taken to do so. Thanks, again!

Yes, email me michael@michaelsaves.com. I am open to making changes. And thank you!
@@MichaelSaves Thank you for your interest! I just sent you an email that gives you access to my suggested changes for a possible second video for UA-cam TV "family" members; I hope you find it helpful.
Thank you! This was the best beginner’s guide - thorough, easy to follow, and on point.
Thanks, Michael, for the superb guide. Keep up the great work you are doing to help all cord cutters.
Thanks. I am going to attempt to get my 87 year old mother to learn how to use UA-cam TV and ditch Comcast basic cable. Mom is a bit resistant to change. You have done a great job explaining how to use the app and I will show it to mom.
I hope it works for you!
This completely demystified UA-cam TV on my smart TV - thanks so much
"Thanks for the clarity! Switching to streaming was a game changer for me!"
The two features they’re still missing that Hulu has is going back to Live if you rewind on a show, and having a “last channel” option. Still love the overall experience and interface of YTTV, just missed having those two features!
Click down 3 times and ok to see previous channel. Great shortcut
Yes, I used the last channel button all the time on cable TV
Doesn't work for me. @@pslawing
I’m trying to transition away from Tivo and an areal antenna. Lots to figure out. As a fellow UA-camr, thanks for the guidance.
It looks so confusing but will be so much better in the long run.
How much for apple tv box?
Thank you. I am “visual “ so this was very helpful.
Thank you so much. You explain step by step on how UA-cam TV works. I can't wait to start watching my favwrite shows.
Love the new channel guide on UA-cam TV it's amazing
Glad. you like the changes!

Thanks for the great tutorial Michael. I'm a newbee and this really helped.
Seriously thinking of switching from DTV stream to YTTV. Thank you for ALL your videos!

This was a great way to get started. Thank you for this video
Thanks Michael. I think it will work. I just need to change location once a year. Appreciate the response.
Thank you! So much easier to see things demonstrated to learn how to use them.
Was considering cutting the cable and going to You Tube but...This looks like a huge pain in the Ass. I just want to turn on the TV and watch what I want. I guess I'll stick with cable the convenience to me is worth the cost.

Thanks so much for doing this video. It was really helpful
Thank you for this. Very well done. Super helpful!
Your videos have been very helpful. I'm considering switching from Hulu to UA-camTV. I have a question when creating a custom guide on one TV, will the same guide show up on other devices, laptops, and tablets as long as you are logged in to the same account? Thanks.
Yes it’ll work across all devices logged in from that email. The mobile guide isn’t as good as TV and desktop though.

I'm with you, anytime tech nerds start explaining things my eyes glaze over (aka, mego)

Thanks!
No Roku is optional. You can use the LG!

I have a written guide on my website: michaelsaves.com/streaming/youtube-tv-for-beginners/
I've been work for a week to get UA-cam TV to work. It is without a question the most difficult job I have every tried. I'm gone dumb it.
Thanks for the rundown! Is there a faster way to scroll thru the live guide such as a page at a time, rather than just 1 channel at a time?
Not that I’m aware of. That’s why I made a custom guide with only the channels I watch.
Wow. Well done tutorial. Clear and concise.
I tried YT TV and did not want to watch all the commercials during the live shows. Can not always plan ahead to record the shows so I could fast forward thru the commercials.
Thanks Michael. Can we reorder local channels as well? Also would a Firestick control UA-cam TV the same as a Roku?
Yes and yes!
Is the ruko voice remote a god investment especially for one that is tech impaired and bad eyesight?
Very impressive! Other services make you scroll through an endless amount of gibberish before you get to see the program you actually want! At this rate I might actually buy a tv.
What device do you recommend buying? Roku?Apple? Other. If I have a second tv in another location, do I need two Apple TV accounts?
Roku and Apple TV are both great. You typically want one device per TV.
Michael how do u delete your library shows you've already watched. I don't like having 20 episodes of any show I've already watched.

Great info. Easy to follow. Thanks. Getting program info: Can the time in “program info” be extended? After scrolling down to get the info, there is not enough time to scroll further, the info screen disappears.
I'm not sure of a way to do this, unfortunately.

Is there a way to go back and forth between 2 channels of UA-cam Tv? For example I’m watching CNN, then I select NBC using the guide. Then while on NBC program, with one click of a button to go back to CNN without going to the guide or clicking down arrow and select back CNN.
If I add a recording, let’s say of Law and Order on NBC , will I have to receive all the reruns on WEtv or is there a way around it
I don't know of a way to exclude networks. It's going to record all Law and Order episodes -- new and reruns
When watching a show, it's hard to get back to the guide. I have the newest Roku stick and I can get back to the live guide but it always reverts to the top of the guide, not the channel that you're on, it's a little frustrating to honestly
FINALLY! Directions that WORKED!!!
Can you fast forward past commercials on all recordings?
Must be DVR and not DVO.
What happens if you don't have Roku? Is there another option? I'm just starting to research changing from cable to YTTV. THanks!
Yes any supported device will do.
Super helpful. Thanks!
