I never realized how scary something that isn't a roller coaster could be
You think? XD
You should see the 1991 version of this ride!
extraterrorestrial alien encounter :
@@TotallyHumanGamer the opening day version…
It basically told the story though. It was the best at telling the whole story out of all the versions around the world. Disneyland fixed there’s the best they could, but they still weren’t able to fit in all the story elements because of the size of the show building. They at least have the happy ending now instead of it just ending with the witch dying.
I went on this ride when I was 8 years old, and I must have missed the word "scary" because I wasn't expecting it to be so traumatizing. I nearly pissed my pants when the witch turned around and it haunts me to this day.
When I went on it I was 9 it scared the hell out of me.I went back on 30 years lare and laughed this time
when does the witch turn around
1:35
Oh dear Lord and I went when I was two years old
Okay I’m sorry but I’m picturing this in my head and I can’t stop laughing lol
I cried the whole time and hid in my dads arms on this ride when I was 5
BRO SAME WITH MY MOM AND DAD. I remember being terrified!
You guys must’ve went on the old version of this ride, it was 10 times more terrifying before the refurbishment
Same here, I was terrified🙈😳
Meghan And people get all pissy cause they’re redoing the ride in california when it’s literally a kids ride that’s probably scarred half of a generation across the world
SAME AHAHAH
This ride... ohhh the memories. I rode this ride when I was like 2 and it was TERRIFYING!!! My soul was about to jump out of my body 😭😭 I hugged my dad for the majority of the time!!! I rode it a second time, I don’t know why, and I was still scared!! And at the beginning of the ride, you see Snow White with the pigeons, so my dad tried to make me not scared by saying, “Look, Leah! Look at the pigeons! Say ‘Bye, pigeons!’” He said it in Spanish. I did not want to say bye to the pigeons I was like, “NEVER MIND GET ME OUT OF HERE!!!!!” But it was too late. Man... what memories. So nostalgic this video. It’s just wonderful
SheWolf Warrior Ahhahahaha the ending of “it’s just wonderful” I can’t breathe
Oh my god I can understand that so much, when I go on a roller coaster for the first time, I'm like, "welp, looks like I'm riding it now." Lol.
Adios Palomas!
Pro tip for everyone, please don't use your flash when you are on dark rides. It really ruins the experience.
Why in the world would Disney get rid of such an iconic ride??? Snow White is the heart and soul of the Disney Company!
They have 7 Dwarfs Mine Train, which is another ride based on Snow White. Also there are more Snow White's Scary Adventure dark rides in other parks, like Disneyland or Tokyo Disneyland.
Maybe because its terrifying
@@KingLaneCreations Don't try to justify the removal. They literally replaced this with a meet and greet.
I went on this in 1999 and when the doors opened to show the mirror I shut my eyes for the rest of the ride, to say I was terrified is an understatement.

Everyone scared of the witch but it’s the mirror for me!!!
The witch on Snow White, has always scared me more than Freddy Krueger
Rode this with my brother 1997 scariest ride of our life came out crying it was a nightmare ill never forget ...
This ride scared me too I think back in either 2006-2008
This used to be my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE ride. I was so sad when they tore it down 😢
For a meet and greet that could have gone ANYWHERE else. The park still feels incomplete without this ride. 😢
I remember going to this ride when I was two, over ten years ago... I hid in my father’s arms and cried because it looked so dark and scary! But I do thank you for letting me see a Disney memory that no longer lives in Walt Disney World!
how would you remember if you were two.
@@ronicaroo Many people have memories from when they were 2
@@thefrog4990you dont really have a great sense of self awareness until your 4
i was absolutely TERRIFIED of this ride as a child
I was scared of the E.T. ride in universal studios. Back then it was scary, but now they toned it down for kids.
**Laughs in loving haunted mansion when I was 11**
Okay, now that I watched the full video...
*I can understand*
For which one?
Thats why theyve had to change it so many times....and ir still scares them!
I wish this ride would’ve been turned into a Tangled dark ride instead of a princess meet and greet.
Jacob Edward Lynch Ya getting rid of a ride for a meet and greet is not the move, even if they needed a space for all the Princess meet and greets I’m sure no one would’ve cared if they trashed a gift shop or previous meet and greet for the fairytale hall thing that’s there today
That would have been *AWESOME!*
Some of my earliest memories are on this ride. I remember the well and the dwarves house and forcing my dads arm over my eyes. I was practically raised at Disney world but only rode this one once!

I recently went back to Disney after not having been there since I was a child, and was so confused when this ride wasn’t there. I thought I imagined it.

@@livingwithautism3789 I was scared by it, but I was also saying “Let’s do that, again!!!”
I remember closing my eyes the whole time.
I went on this ride when I was 5 years old and it scared the shit out of me! Then I went on the Disneyland version when I was 16 and it still freaked me out! I'm just glad I got to experience it before they updated it.
I will definitely miss this attraction; thank goodness for UA-cam!

I went on this ride when I was seven. I hated that they got rid of it, but the mine train sounds neat too.
The mine train is soo much better
It’s not all that great, my family and I rode it and it’s not that fast
The Mine Train is really fun, but honestly? I really don't think they should have gotten rid of this ride. Why not just keep both? The Mine Train replaced the Winnie the Pooh playground, and I'm honestly depressed about that. That place was so cool.
Amanda Grubbs It’s a family roller coaster what do you expect
The mine train is pretty good, but could be so much better if they had like a couple more “dark ride” kinda scenes like the mine scene. I wish the evil witch would’ve had a scary scene in that ride as a sort of homage to the classic attraction that scared the absolute crap out of so many kids, myself included lol.
I remember this ride!!!! I thought I was crazy lol I asked my mom before ‘you remember the scary Snow White ride at Disney?’ She didn’t have a clue what I was talkin about but THIS was it lol I was a weird kid so I loved it lol Wish they never shut it down! Also wish they never shut down Mr Toad’s Wild Ride! Loved that one!
This one covers so many more scenes from the movie than the Disneyland version. I really wish they were able to do this at Disneyland but I know they can’t because the space is too small. Never been to WDW but I kinda wish this ride hadn’t closed so I could have experienced it.
at least disneyland's version is better now :)
That’s why I loved this version so much. It had the wishing well, Snow White with the apple, AND the happy ending. Disneyland at least added the happy ending (and made it better, which is what they SHOULD have done with WDW’s), so at least a good version of the ride exists somewhere. I still wish there could have been a way to add the other scenes in somewhere though 😢
Miss this ride!
I cried on this ride a few years ago.
Me too
I was four when I went on this and I was so scared
I rode this in 2013 at Disneyland, at first I was scared, but after I was done riding it, I was happy and wanted to go on again.
Same. I couldn’t stop crying
I was like 4-6 when I got on this and got scared too
I went on this ride when I was little and I was absolutely terrified. 😂
this ride scared me 100x more than haunted mansion ever did
If you really think this ride is scary, try going on Spook-a-Rama in Coney Island. That ride is 100x scarier than this ride before Disney World tore it down.
I love how this was called "snow white's adventures" and it was deemed "too scary" so they tried to "tone it down" and change the name as a warning to kids and families, but it's still horrific as a "toned down" version I can't even imagine the original!!
ohh...is that why the skeleton wasnt talking? i remember when i went on this ride we stopped in front of the skeleton and he talked to us.
The original is damn straight terrifying. In the end you die...im not even kidding at the end of the original THE WITCH KILLS YOU

Now I don't have to go and see it thanks you saved me time and money.
I'm devastated as well. Snow White was always my favorite ride and some people look past this ride since it's not from the most popular movie, but this ride encapsulated my childhood. simple as that.

i don't remember how old i was when i rode this, maybe four, but as soon as i saw the magic mirror, i was terrified and closed my eyes. i don't remember anything else since i kept them closed the whole time. still, that face has been imprinted in my mind for all these years, it's fun to finally see what i was missing.
This scared the hell out of me when I was 5
Me too!!!
Same lmfao
I remember crying so much during this ride as a kid lmfao

Kids need to be on rides like this. It will toughen them up.
One like to bring this ride back to Florida!
This brings back lots of memories. I wish that they hadn’t dismantled it
what an amazing attraction of snow white
I went on this ride at 4 and until today I just can’t watch snow white again without crying or runnig away
i’ve never ever been to disney and i found out it was retired so ty for posting this :)
I’m so sad this ride ended🥺I liked it and went on when I was 5
this ride made me cry whe I was like 3 i went on with my little cousin I guess the terrors from being 3 and being scarred so bad when I was 14 I was so scarred thank god this ride is gone
I remember this. Scared the shit outa me when I was little. Good ride though! I really miss it.
This is the one that I got so scared of the witch I tried to climb out of the ride my dad had to hold onto me
I wish this ride still exists in magic kingdom! I would give anything to experience it!!! 😭😭😭😭
Great shots of a nice ride.
i’m glad i’m not the only one completely traumatized by this😭
The part that truly freaked me out as a kid was when the witch pushes a board or something down on you trying to make you wreck.
the PTSD is coming back to me 😂😂
1:24 THATS HELLA COOL
I remember being terrified of this as a kid
all i remember from this ride is being 4 years old and TERRIFIED of snow white and i wouldn’t go on it because it said “scary adventure” and i made my parents leave the line and honestly thank god i did im 15 now and when the witch turned around my heart literally dropped
I went on this as a 5 year old.
I was pretty scared too when the witch turned around.
I went on this when I was seven. I was not terrified of it. But when I went on Spook-A-Rama in Coney Island, that was 100x scarier and I was terrified on that ride.
I knew I wasn’t dreaming about riding this as a child 😭 I was TRAUMATIZED
This ride scared me so much as a kid
Me too.
This is the version of the ride i went on, and the only thing i remember is being scared of being crushed by the boulder at the end.
I had a dream last night about Snow White’s scary adventure ride it was interesting.
Omg, I have had one too LMAO
i love this ride
hehe this was my favorite ride when i was little.
I was so scared of this ride as a kid. I would hug and put my face on my dad till it was over
i rode this ride when i was very very little. snow white and cinderella were my favorite movies and i cried and hid on this ride because i always used to be so afraid of the witch in the movie and on this ride
Snow White is featured here more times than in the Disneyland version of the ride, lol. In our version, the ride starts off in the Dwarfs' cottage with them singing/dancing and SW watching. You leave their cottage and the Evil Queen is listening by the window. Then it's off to the Dwarfs mine, followed by the vultures and the Queen's castle/laboratory. After that, it's the forest and then the Dwarfs chasing the Hag up the cliff. And yes, the Hag pops out every now and then :)
Disney is awesome after 20 times going I never rode this ride! Thanks for posting!

I was 21 when I thought I was brave enough to ride this. Got on it. More terrified on this than any other ride
i ALWAYS get scared on this ride and im 15. seriously it never fails

Best version of this ride! Wish it had the happy ending from the Paris version though!

I'm looking forward to going on this ride in the future!
Uhhhh it closed
I Cried On This In Paris When I Was 6!
I rode this when I was 2 or 3 and vividly remember it as well as Dumbo (which was next to it). The witch turning around terrified me yet I made my dad take me over and over 😂
This used to scare the crap out of me as a kid.
Ive been to both parks and this one definately tells this story better than the Anaheim park.
That mirror freaked me out as a kid, and so did the ride…but I’m not scared anymore. Only it’s too late to re-ride now that it’s gone 😭
something before spring i just might be able to do
this ride traumatized me as a kid
i wish that i could ride on snow white's scary adventures.
I think it’s the queen’s eyes that scared me... and the music... I screamed the whole time I was on the ride 😭😭😭😭
That ride can't be scary!
I remember going on this ride in 2003 when I was 4 I was crying the whole time. traumatised.
I wish this ride was still hereeeee
This ride is different than the Disneyland version of Snow White's Scary Adventures. It sucks that my parents and I weren't able to fly down Orlando, FL to ride this dark ride before it closed, because hurricanes broke out multiple times. This happened before alligator sightings, injuries, deaths and many other problems occurred in the news media. It would be 🆒 if my auntie/godmother would board this one with her 👪, because it was so funny to see her 👗 up like the ride's heroine for Halloween 8⃣years ago. It's such a shame that it's not open anymore in the Magic Kingdom. 👍🏻 if you agree with me in a sad way.
i miss the days when i could go there
because of the virus it is closed
I loved this ride when I was a kid
Not me
I went on this when I was 8 I’m 20 now I still have vivid memories of the queen turning around, on that same trip I got stuck on haunted mansion and that didn’t scare me at all, I just need to go back and do mine train
I really don't know why they couldn't have kept this ride as well as the Mine Train. This was a classic. I was so happy to ride it at Disneyland a couple of years ago.
I think they just switch them out every now and then cause i just went this summer and the Mine Train was there
+Bryanna Jackson Mine Train is the newer of the two. The ride in this video isn't at Disney World anymore.
Oh...i hope they bring this one back

😂
Rode this as a kid a ton of times. Started going again with my family as an adult pretty much every year since 2011. Sadly was only able to ride it once as an adult before they got rid of it. I really liked this ride along with others similar to it like Peter Pan and Winnie the Pooh. I guess Seven Dwarves Mine Train is the replacement and it's an ok ride but I don't love it nearly as much. Plus IMO Thunder Mountain is better than Seven Dwarves.
shivers i the corner
i always hated this ride because when i was 5 the dark forest part scared me too bad but now that it’s gone i kinda wish i could go on it again 🥺
i think i rode this in 2009 when i was 5 because i remember it faintly
Omg I haven’t been at and Disney parks since 2012 (I’m from Sweden) but I remember This Ride perfectly I loved it but I thought is Was so scary and I remember that I just couln’t undersand how they did the transformation of the evil Queen to a hag when she turned around haha fyI I was traumatized for years after this ride
I’d do anything to ride this one last time, along with the Great Movie Ride and Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride
すごいおもろそう!!
日本より、ストーリーがしっかりしてる気がする…😍👍
I like this ride! Just needed a little updating but at least it told the story. The one here in CA makes no sense lol.
I first rode this ride in december of 1987 at Disneyland in California and then in qss 1988 at walt disney world in Florida.
What Disney should have done was keep this ride, and made Seven Dwarfs Mine Train themed to a different Disney movie, like Sleeping Beauty. This was too good of a ride to close.
I tried this in 2007 & in 2009. It’s a shame that this isn’t around anymore. But at least some of the original animatronics were recycled for the roller coaster version in WDW.
When I went on this ride i was about 3 or 4. I liked scary stuff back then cuz I would go in the ghost house in Disneyland, but honestly when I went on this ride I litteraly got so traumatized!!
The Old Ride i went there in 2002 with my family
No, there will be a meet and greet in that building. They concept art for it has already been released. The coaster is gonna be in the new fantasy land expansion area. you can already see it starting to rise!
