@@rochelsaballa8438 for clean device we use soldby method which is using invoice and submit it to apple to turn findmyiphone (fmi) off if apple approved then fmi will turned off and only need to restore the device and will be 100% like new . For lostmode device owner info is needed like phone number or email that usually show by the lost message / medical id then we will send links to the owner for they to put their icloud email and password then using the details to removed the idloud .. its call phishing.
