    Love you doctor Lee! I get a lot of negative comments when I tell people I love to watch your show- they think it’s gross, which is kinda fair, that’s not for everyone lol- but as someone with a skin conduction that’s also typically seen as “gross” (suspected HS), it’s extremely comforting to watch such a kind, thoughtful doctor treating patients with compassion- though it’s the bare minimum, I think it’s spectacular that you treat patients like people rather than a problem to solve, or a freak show to look at. You’re everything a person could want in a care provider ❤️

    Great video, and excellent job by both doctor and patient. Thanks to the patient for letting us see this fascinating procedure! Dr. Lee is like the Jimi Hendrix of dermatology. She’s amazing, and like Jimi was a multi-level master as a musician, he was also a singer and band leader. He knew how to lead and saw the big picture and how everyone else fit in. And likewise Sandra is always thinking about her patient and helping them through the experience, even if she’s got her hands full doing 5 other things at once! 🙂🎸

      she tends to say that sometimes patients may feel the touching, not necessarily pain and it can be a bit confusing. either way, after that she added a bit more of numbing to his nose
      also the thing is that the nose is full of cartilage and being that close to the eye it may be even more painful to him too!

    Peaopl with year or long facial CYST are sus!!
    Wife had a co-worker who was part of my
    Madden + NHL crew
    in very early 2000's when we had fridday night tournaments
    before we go out..
    ~The Steelers fan of the crew had this MONSTER CYST
    Nodular dead center abovehis nose, inbetween his eyebrows.
    he had it for years & finally got it removed & it was a fancy Cyst.
    It was huge. Like a golf ball and 100% kept him from getting laid
    and he was excluded from that part of our partying...
    ~We used to ask him why he never stuck an exacto blade in it
    and The Dolphins fan in our crew(whos mom was a dr)
    said it's just pus dude..
    And we all agreed to pay $20 each (X 7=$140 to Let Dude do it.
    He even said he would stitch it if need be.
    HE DECLINED Saying he didn't want a scar...
    WTF!! This dude was 6 years older then us 20/21 year olds
    as he was like 28 & someone even said ""a scar!??!?
    Dude, you been no-Nookie through your whole early 20's over this BS
    and you worried about a scar"
    ~~~He got it removed when he was 30 & sure enough he met girl
    and married.. FACT, He fell hard for the 1st girl he got attention from.
    But he's happy so............
    You should call yourself Dr. Cyst Slicer because you do way more of that than you actually pop pimples.
    I don’t understand the beginning cutting from the bottom of the cyst to the top. TOWARDS THE EYE! 👀 I get you’ve been doing this for decades & you’re highly skilled, but it seems reckless to take that chance. What if there was a loud noise or heaven forbid an earth quake? Cutting top to bottom you would have possibly scarred his face, but not destroyed an eye. Just my initial thought. 🤷🏻‍♀️
    Dang that was huge. He's going to be able to breathe better now, it had to be blocking that nostril
      Let’s see you get that removed that close to your eye and not be nervous. :/
    A very complete removal, very "clean" and with the right incision! The patient was calm and confident, it was noticeable that the anesthesia applied was just right and he did not show suffering despite the hypersensitive area surrounding the eye! Good job.
