Hey Foodie, Thank you for stopping by...
I have read and taken into consideration concerns some viewers had and making improvements as I go forward. I am new to all this and your feedback (given respectfully) will help me improve the quality of these videos.
    Concern that we’re voiced:
    1. Unable to see recipe ➡️ Recipes will now be in the description box
    2. Music too loud, my voice too soft➡️ Will improve in my next video
    3. Talking while words are on screen ➡️ I will try not to talk while words are on screen (Should I make the videos without voice?)
Let me know how else I could improve, Remember I am learning as I go along. Thank you and spread kindness.
Recipe: Barbados National Dish (Cou Cou and flying fish but vegan)
    🍃Banana Blossom Fish
    1 can banana blossom
    1 Tbsp Nori flakes

    1 cup hot water
Drain banana blossom and rinse. Soak Blossom in nori flakes, salt, and hot water for 30 minutes.
    Banana blossom marinade
    4 Tbsp green seasoning
    1 Tbsp All-purpose seasoning (vegan, msg~free)
*Drain banana blossom after soaking and season well on both sides… let marinade for 5 or more minutes
    1 cup flour
    1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
    1 tsp nori flakes
*Mix the flour with nori flakes and all-purpose seasoning on a plate
1/4 cup oil, enough for frying, depending on the size of your frying pot
*Coat banana blossom with flour mixture, press down firmly so it adheres, but shake well to remove excess before frying
*Heat oil in a heavy base skillet over medium-high heat
    * Fry until golden, about 2 minutes per side….keep a close eyes on it while frying.

    1 vegetable cube + 3/4 cup water
1 tsp oil or 1/4 cup water to sauté
    2 tbsp ketchup
, remember to taste the sauce and add salt if need be….I didn’t add salt to the sauce to reduce the overall amount of salt in the dish

Caribbean green seasoning is a mixture of herbs
    1 onion
    1 green bell pepper
    6 clove garlic
    1 thumb ginger

Really interesting video and it was easy to hear you. Oh and the music was good too! Personally I prefer videos with a voice over, it makes that human connection. Anyway, delicious looking food and a great vibe, thank you.😊

I'm not a Vegan but I am Vegetarian!
Well, I say I'm Vegetarian because I only eat cows and sheep that eat grass, which makes the cows and sheep Vegetarians.
    So, that makes me Vegetarian!
