dude, when you're doing 1.5-2x as fast as most of the other cars on the road, don't be pissed because they change lanes in front of you. when they made the decision to change lanes, you probably weren't even close enough for them to consider you. I used to speed constantly-- 100-115 mph depending on which tires/rims i had on at the time. (before i get pulled over. that wasn't any fun) people cutting you off are just a part of the risk associated with such behavior: other people aren't expecting you.
He is doing probably 1.3x their speed, not twice their speed. 2x would be pure douche. I don't think his riding is bad, it seems he is actually paying attention to these cars around him, and not expecting them to get outta the way when he gets near
zevi 2000 meh. idk. 1.3 of 65mph is 85. maybe its the gopro, maybe its just been too long since i sped everywhere, but it seems like hes passing them faster than that.
my point is: when you're driving faster than other people expect, you need to accept the risks and annoyances.

Actually Joe. You seem to be pretty aggressive yourself. I cannot comment on your laws because of ignorance, but you made several illegal passings on the highway according to our laws. (It is pretty simple in my country, a motor bike is considered a car for all intents and purposes, therefore it cannot overtake inbetween 2 other cars etc.)

Asshole on the shoulder: car that sped and passed people along the shoulder, illegal and unsafe.
Technically his vehicle is being driven in a safe manner as long as he causes no harm to others. Technically driving in general isn't safe. Also he isn't an inconvenience, in most cases he is actually moving out of traffic, and on with his journey. But I understand.
