Hi I noticed you were planning your day by writing everything down. To be honest I used to do that before and it would never stick, I recommend using google calendar its way more efficient. It's also super easy to shift events around and keep track of everything every week. Also you can add your to do lists there. So it's just time saving to have everything be at the same place. Ahh I've tried using the outlook calendar and find that really fiddly, I haven't tried using Google calendar though so I'll definitely give it a shot! Thank you very much for the advice!
