Hello, I was just wondering could i still call up a uni even if they arent on clearing. Btw what if i do something like the ib and i get my results like a month before a level students could i call up the uni as soon as i get my results or go to the uni and speak to the admissions officer.
Yes you can that’s my plan! I missed the ucas deadline and haven’t been able to apply for this year so I’ll be working extra hard and doing my ucas and sitting exams in June
Hello! Can other people also call on the candidate's behalf? Like can i call on my sister (candidate) behalf so we can contact multiple unis at once to save time? Or the candidate themselves have to call all unis?
@@erumzaidi5543 You can start calling them but once the uni pick up and ask for details, the person themselves has to talk to the uni from what I’m aware of
Hello Aliza, thank you for the information. I didn’t make any applications I just waited until I got my results to make a clearing application. I have a UCAS account and I’ve called for a Uni and they’ve offered me the course however, I don’t see the “add a choice tab”?? I only see “start application” tab. And I don’t know what to do please help
Hi, thank you for watching. This is what I have found: "Those who haven't yet applied to any universities can also apply through Clearing once they have their results. However, you'll need to have completed a UCAS application to use Clearing. You can apply online through UCAS Apply. Don't forget you'll need a reference as well as your personal statement." So you will have to have an application in order to then go into clearing. I hope that makes sense?
@@dontevenask1487 Medicine won't have a specific clearing number, just like other courses. Universities will have specific clearing hotlines though, which you ring up. All the clearing phone numbers can be found on UCAS when you search.
Welcome back
Vry clearly explained
Thank you! 🥰

If you get better results and have sat the BMAT and UCAT , can I apply for a university that is not listed on clearing by calling them up?
Hi, do you know if its possible to apply in clearing for medicine while studying a different degree already thats similar?
Many thanks

Can we keep the phone numbers ready in advance for a list of universities. Are those available on websites or they are released on the results day

Hi, did you end up getting into medicine through clearing? If you did, may I ask a few questions?
where can we find the clearing numbers for medicine? are the medicine clearing numbers the same for all other non-med courses?
What do you mean by clearing number? The course code or phone number?
@@AlizaMedic i meant the phone number

@@AlizaMedic okay, thank you so much. I appreciate the help x
