We never saw a clown like that.. with that sasz of life.. he was the top on what was happening in those days in Amsterdam.. it was the fun and liberal capital of the world. And the young knew it.. the city authorities were desperate.. not knowing where to house all of them. The Milky Way was the newest and only youth centre like that in Europe Run by them as a theatre and a hot spot where everything was possible.. the great Vondelpark had the free and hilarious shows with Jango and was always packed.. the fun with Jango was not only his energy but the fact that he had visibly the most fun himself. Thereby he was unstoppable and that was what we all wanted.. never seen a clown like him again.. he wasn't in a circus, he was in the real Amsterdam city life of those days..
No, if you knew Jango you would know that he is capable of anything. Girls seem to flock to him. At one time he numbered his lovers and was at 1000 when I knew him. I myself have met 2 of them.
He was from NYC and lived the good life in Amsterdam ...he was at the Festival of Fools at the NDSM werf .....im missing it .......dont remember the year ..its on the wall at the werf ...best festival .....now its all kinds of commercial festivals .... yes he had allll the girls but people there are more free than you people in US ....generalisation ... he loved womenyes .....
