I have a Samsung galaxy tab A, the tablet turn off immediately I unplug the charger. I have changed the battery, but still the same. When I test the voltage with a multimeter, the voltage is not stable, it goes up and come down, from 3.85v drops to 3.0v, in a loop. What could be the problem, please help
