Possibly a silly question, is this the whole warm up or do you do a bit of cardio first like, star jumps or something?

That's not really helpful for me.
Im the kinda person who needs to know "why" before knowing "what" or "how". That purpose is greatly served by the video coupled with the description.

I'm wanting to become a physical therapist much like Jeff himself.

I did all of this and it opened up muscles I never even felt or haven’t felt in so so long. So simple yet so effective. Man Jeff knows his stuff. I’m on his max shred program and I was on day two today and I couldn’t even get through it. I think it’s because of sleep I got no sleep what so ever and decided to go in the gym thinking I was gonna complete this. I’m gonna redo it again of course but today revealed that SLEEP is very important. I’ve been feeling like vomiting all day but it’s okay. It sucks but it works. Thank you Jeff.

I managed to stretch out a small knot in my back that I got from a car accident and it has gone from tormenting me everyday to being almost completely gone I can’t thank you enough Jeff and I’ll be buying the program this weekend. i used to be a long distance sprinter before my accident and now i’m finally feeling loose but strong again like I used to thank you so much im finally beginning to look forward to waking up

I was tripping on a stupid amout of shrooms, and I just thought about how I was the center of my universe, and i thought about hiw if i weighed about 160 pounds, and I was sitting in an office chair with wheels on it, on a carpet, it would take me about 160+ pounds of pressure pushing against my desk to push the entire universe around me (the desk was against a wall) and when i did, it felt soo real that I thought I was going crazy.... Cool experience.

and for you. It is more optimal to train cardio at a different time of the day than your weight training. A minimum of 6 hours between the sessions. Plenty of research backs this statement. I know time can be an issue so if it’s a must.. then it’s still fine to combine the 2 in one session.
