Armani as Jeff says you shouldn't static stretch during or before workout, only before you go to sleep or when you wake up. This will prevent injury and make sure you aren't affecting motor pathways. Dynamic stretches are 100% fine tho.

I was tripping on a stupid amout of shrooms, and I just thought about how I was the center of my universe, and i thought about hiw if i weighed about 160 pounds, and I was sitting in an office chair with wheels on it, on a carpet, it would take me about 160+ pounds of pressure pushing against my desk to push the entire universe around me (the desk was against a wall) and when i did, it felt soo real that I thought I was going crazy.... I found this stretch workout super helpful for my low back. As far as the ankle stretches, that in and of itself needs to be having its own more detailed section to get the feeling right
3:35 Do you keep an anterior pelvic tilt during all 3 angles? Also do you keep your hands above you the whole time or bring them down and back up during each angle?
Jeff, best mobility stretches I have found to iron out the kinks. Thanks for caring and sharing. Please ignore the naysayers and keep producing informative videos that help people like me.
I will do the ten pre-workouts, that's for sure. They seem great to me. The flow in it will not go immediately because carefulness in adopting the postures for stretching seems important to me. Thanks you for the upload.
You always say your workout should be at max 45 minutes, i don't quite understand how it is possible to get done so quickly when there is always more to do the more videos you publish and the more atleanx videos we watch. This flexiblity drill takes atleast 10 minutes to get warmed up for the main exercises.
Marino Bodlovic weight training alone should not be more than 45 min. The warm up is counted separately because you are not breaking down muscle. You’re..... warming up.
and for you. It is more optimal to train cardio at a different time of the day than your weight training. A minimum of 6 hours between the sessions. Plenty of research backs this statement. I know time can be an issue so if it’s a must.. then it’s still fine to combine the 2 in one session.

The best full-body dynamic warmup for anything really, I do add a few other things for specific workout days but this is like 95% of what I need to get going with anything. 3y old but still gold! Thanks Jeff! 🤙🤙🤙🤙
Jeff, is it safe to do this first thing in the morning before i go to work? My job requires a lot of physical labor and i try to get my body moving/woken up before i actually go in to work.
Anthony Hibbs It's probably a good thing. This is for pre-workout and is taught by Jeff so it's definitely safe
@@aphroditesaphrodisiac3272 No, it's only good for lifting weights in the gym. If you do it before work then your arms and legs will fall off and you'll die.
@@SparksDrinker lmao fr tho
yo Jeff, u've been a good help. I used all ur stretching exercises to fix my should muscle imbalance, and 2 weeks in my posture has already improved to 95%. Much respect to ur work! :)
It's a great pre-workout routine but in my gym it's impossible to find so much free space. The only thing Jeff missed on this one is that not everyone has a private gym... 😁😁😁
Shmu'el go to a university gym and buy urself a membership . Everyone is at summer vacation and the gym is dead . Can candirm my massive gym has like 5-10 people everyday day I go
Shmu'el Do it at home
Brandon #pedogate yeah...great Idea. I'm stretching at home and then driving to the gym
Changed my life with this video just like every video athlean x produces

I found this stretch workout super helpful for my low back. As far as the ankle stretches, that in and of itself needs to be having its own more detailed section to get the feeling right
That feeling when your workout turns out to be a warm up...
My lower back enjoyed the matrix very much. All smooth so sudden.
Definitely going to do this before working out in the future.
Thanks
I always imagine that Jeff's wife will show up any time and scream "Hey Jeff cut your workouts and take the trash out"
Been doing this 6 months weekly. Great improvement and quicker warm ups
3:35 Do you keep an anterior pelvic tilt during all 3 angles?
Also do you keep your hands above you the whole time or bring them down and back up during each angle?
Thanks i feel better doing this stretching technique all those years of construction take a toll.
5:02 i can hear his knee crackling oh gawd
my knee hurts after trying this one out .. not going any further .. afraid of knee injury
He always uploads a video exactly when u need it. I love this guy man.
3:19 "that way" lol I think jeff listen to the migos on his cheat days haha
Jeff, best mobility stretches I have found to iron out the kinks. Thanks for caring and sharing. Please ignore the naysayers and keep producing informative videos that help people like me.
DAMN! If this is only a stretch, how come I'm dead tired after doing it, once?!
I will do the ten pre-workouts, that's for sure. They seem great to me. The flow in it will not go immediately because carefulness in adopting the postures for stretching seems important to me. Thanks you for the upload.
7:41 my ankles broke watching this
That shin stretch near the end was what I have been looking for. thanks a million
1:41 I call this one "The 90-90 degree dab"
😂😂
I’ve been doing this series of stretches for over a year now and NEVER had an injury inside the gym or while marathon training!!!
You always say your workout should be at max 45 minutes, i don't quite understand how it is possible to get done so quickly when there is always more to do the more videos you publish and the more atleanx videos we watch. This flexiblity drill takes atleast 10 minutes to get warmed up for the main exercises.
Ravand i know right :/ 10min of this and 10min running...there you go 20min already
Ravand The resistance workout shouldn’t take more than 45 mins. These stretches and the cardio don’t count m8.
yeah... my 45 min workouts turned into like 1 1/2 - 2 hr workouts adding the finishers at the end :D i do have friggin amazing results tho, and its fun to do
Thanks you.Hard to believe this information is free. You are doing a great job.Keep it up!
GLUTES! Sore in six minutes!!!
Tuff Term rob a bank and go to prison. guarantee your ass will be sore in no time
Paul G Lmfao. Legend.

Good suggestion. I have one week glute and I don't fancy going to jail to fix it.
just squats and weighted lunges with your torso forward are all you need
