      Hi Natoya..can I make it a few weeks before my cake? If so, do I need to store it a certain way so that it’s still pliable and won’t dry out?

      @@sandrascakecreations1297 Hi Sandra yes you can....you can place the lace in parchment paper and wrap it up and store it in an air tight container, or even a box with a cover or ziplock bag until your ready to use it.

      You can use water or piping gel to attach the cake lace x

      Just dont soak it too much or it will break the lace down x

    I dust my mat with small amount of cornstarch beforehand and it helps to get the lace off the mat once dried

    I had problems with the large lace molds so I ended up cutting my mat in sections and it worked out better. I'm going to try your recipe for lace. I need something less expensive. I love your cake really beautiful.

    Turntables make things so much easier. from frosting the cakes to adding decorations. they are worth their weight in gold.

    Just stunning. If you bake it at 170F what is the equivalent in C as our ovens in the UK are all centigrade

    If you are going to put it on fondant do you just brush it with water? And if its going on a dummy cake can it be added a few weeks beforehand?

    Hi Liliana, thank you for your video that was awesome. I just bought this lace mould. Could you please confirm for me the size of your tablespoon. It looks like it’s = to 3 teaspoons. In Australia a tablespoon has 4 teaspoons, so it could through out the whole mix. An important clarification for us… thanks. Karen ☺️💜

      it's ok also, you can actualy not bake it and leave it to dry. baking juste makes the process faster :)

    1 tbsp tylose powder
    1tbsp confection sugar
    1 tbsp corn starch
    1/4 tsp meringue powder
    1 tsp clear corn syrup
    baked 170F - 10min

      No it will not melt on butter cream till the butter cream in a perfect temprature

      It stays on as real lacey rubbery clothing, you can only tear it up.
