Visited 35 years ago...November or December....climbed the short ladder. Was amazed there were only a few others enjoying this national monument. Yes it hasn't changed . Thank you...it was a very pleasant time travel !

My husband and I just got home from our trip celebrating our 27th anniversary. The Alcove house was breathtaking, the ladders took me out of my comfort zone and that experience will be with me until the end. How you did that with your papoose on your back is amazing. Thanks for this video. Much respect.

One of the things we loved in Bandelier was that we literally walk in the ancestral puebloans' footstep. Get a lot of water, gas when you leave town and have a extra tire in your car. Roads in between cities are remote. When will you be visiting?

This, White Sands and Carlsbad Caverns are the places in New Mexico I want to visit the most! It's great that you guys made it out here! There is a lot to see for being such short hikes! Little man looked like you had a really great time climbing up those ladders lol. Great video guys! Keep it up!

We were going to camp near here and visit this summer but settled on a place close to Carlsbad instead. We do still plan to get to here someday. Thanks for taking us along!! Those ladders with the kiddo on your back 😱.
