I'm still waiting for "that" house design na masasabi kong this is it! ito na yung gusto kong design para sa dream house ko. but so far of all the videos na napanood ko from this channel, itong house design na to ang ideal and malapit sa gusto kong layout. may mangilan-ngilang kaibahan but this would do, ang ganda! I'm still hoping na soon Mr. Sebastian will upload a house design that'll be perfect for what I'm looking for 😊
sana makagawa ka ng design for 120 sqm lot 2 story with roof top, 3 bedroom lang. master bedroom with walk in closet. kitchen naman gusto may dirty kitchen din.
Maganda yung layout, pero ayaw ko lang yung may laundry sa loob, sa ibang bansa maganda yung kasi hindi ma ingay at istorbo pero sa bansa natin mas preferred ko yung nasa labas yung laundry.
I've seen quite a number of house plan videos for 9 X 12mtrs but still waiting for a modern house design that has a foyer with a more private living room as opposed to the more common ones. I find that they are too open and while visiting, visitors would have to watch family members going in and out if the house causing a distraction. Also looking for stair access to rooftop patio from within the house (continuation from stairwell to floors).
