1. I will watch anything with Emma Stone and William dafoe 2. This is Frankenstein meets Pride and prejudice. 3. Overall, looks intriguing. Cautiously optimistic about the execution of this.
It's a metaphor for re creating ones self without the constraints of nature and nature and society for women Is it not a hypocrisy that, when men enjoy life, it is celebrated but when a woman does, she is something to be scorned????
I saw Emma doing the forbidden bouncybounce But knowing she’s probably playing a Frankenstein type character has me wondering who’s nasty ass is the jumping castle 😂😂😂
Yes the book Poor Things writen by the Scottish writer and artist Alistair Gray, published in 1992 won the Whitbread award and the Guardian fiction prize the same year.
@Christopher Bedford it was horrific, and no warning. I adore artsy movies but that experience made me quite wary. Same in Labyrinth. They showed a man being tortured in graphic detail. I thought it was a fantasy movie and had taken my 12 year old daughter because it was an advance preview with no ratings. Needless to say we walked out.
The thing about The Lobster is that it was marketed - in a deliberately misleading way - as a quirky comedy. It was no such thing. Make a movie and stand by it. Don't lie about it to fill theatre seats.

I just finished watching it. Literally reminded me of Sweeney Todd and Frankenstein with a 2023 flair. Emma did an amazing job. Great performances witty humor and just great acting all around. Willem Defoe is awesome as well.
Now that I've seen the film I've changed my mind. A great book adapted in to a terrible film, with an American cast & some strange English & Scottish accents.
Hollywood: 'We need new ideas. Somebody go listen to old episodes of 'the Ricky Gervais show' and see if Karl Pilkington has any ideas; he did well for Black Mirror.' Innit.
Emmas second Oscar and she is only 35, hopefully she will win 4 and wash away the taint of Hepburn somehow getting four nods for being the terrible pantsuit woman in every film.

Frankenstein+P&P+My Fair Lady.
Wich Pride movie are you referring to?
OSCAR! OSCAR! OSCAR!
Me too! Love Emma!
Well this trailer lied. It was honestly just an Alice in wonderland soft corn film. (Switch the c to p if you didn't get it.
Every Willem Dafoe role is his unspoken recommitment to the integrity of art.
You had me with Emma punching and kicking people.
Mark's slow "owe" after she slaps him makes me chuckle.
Can't wait for Willem Dafoe's performance and this new Yorgos Lanthimos movie
I will watch in cinemas This Christmas
Has the vibe of a Tim Burton movie.
I see that! Sort of like Big Fish.
Bella reminds me of Sally
More like Jean Pierre Jeunet
You had me at Emma...then you went the extra mile with Defoe...I may never financially recover with how many times I plan to see this masterpiece.
Looks like a Wes Anderson fever dream, and I'm here for it.
I want to make new friends who is intereste

The Romans already on top of that 😂
LOL. I still love her no matter what … #Loyalty ✨
We can figure that ourselves via post nut, thank you.
LMAOAOAOOAOA
Emma Stone in some of the best acting ever. imo this movie should win a windfall of Oscars.
Emma stone ❤
Soooo when is this coming out because Im ready to see it twice already......
Willem Dafoe has been in the "why tf not?" stage of his career for almost 30 years now and it's been fun to see
This looks so bizarre but can definitely see some cinematic elements that remind me of The Lobster and yet .. I want to watch it
Im excited!!!! I love emma stone

That Addams Family font!
based on a very good book by a very good writer

This trailer looks awesome, but so did The Lobster and the violence in that scarred me for life.
There was violence?
I watched about 20 minutes of that movie and was bored to distraction. Gave up.

This looks very intriguing can't wait to see it
“In the name of heaven, what am I doing?!”
- Emma Stone regretting after recording every bedroom scene in this movie
Bruce pausing for a moment to see if Hulk was gonna come out.
"(hulk not coming, ok good) ow)
The internet is such an amazing place
Yorgos is going full Tim Burton and Wes Anderson.
I love Yorgos Lanthimos's films, they're so weird & original.
Being wierd is not original anymore. Being normal is original - because nobody is anymore
Yeah great boring nonsense like the Lobster😂😂 let's just pretend we understand art and play it cultural by watching these bs
Now that I've seen the film I've changed my mind. A great book adapted in to a terrible film, with an American cast & some strange English & Scottish accents.
Looks good 😊 I love Emma stone !
At the end i was convinced Bell was going to put the brain of "god" into the body of the ex husband to keep him alive.
Mark Ruffalo with an ancient mustache, I didn't see that one coming😂
*slaps*
*glance at camera*
*ow*
Searchlight really loves Willem, and I can't blame them.
Cruella going crazy
Ramy was so good. Looking forward to this. Cinematography and music is intriguing already
STELLLLLA! Cut! Let's try that again Mark. BELLLLA!!!
gren goblinos face lookin like a rubix cubix
Que pedazo de actor es William Defoe, extraordinario, jamás decepciona, muy infravalorado por Hollywood
Even at her least flattering look here, she is still beautiful.
0:48 . that looks interesting
"On her way to freedom..." Oh, please.
Que gran peli
Best actress! Deservingly so.
Excelente video genial 😃
Looks cool
Awesome, great movie!

Emma stone is magnificent and what a great cast really looking forward to this I wouldn't if it will be as insane as lobster??

Emma Stone for OSCARs 2023
what the hell did i just watch? and why do i want more?
This movie was excellent! I don't think I've laughed so hard in a long time. Emma Stone can do no wrong!
Υπέροχη 🎉
Bill Nighy looks good with a toupee.
EMMA STONE SECOND OSCAR NOWW
Excelente
They should have called it "out of sync", it woulda been more apt.
How i can watch full movie
Yorgos Lanthimos's films are outrageously genius.
Mark ruffalo really chose that face again
Increiblee
Congratulations Emma for the Oscar
Bioshock meets The Royal Tenenbaums
Ramy and Jerrod ❤️❤️
say hello to the Oscar winner
This movie is sick af, watched maybe half couldn't watch the whole thing
I didn’t even get past 30 minutes. It was a disgusting film and not anything close to art.
Emma stone looks like Haley Gates in this movie
Im good thanks
I see Emma Stone, i click like.
Gwen Stacy, Green Goblin & Hulk walk into a bar...
Looks like Wes Anderson's Bride of Frankenstein
That cast! Wes Anderson x Young Frankenstein. Looks very interesting. I'm there!
This world is sick. I will not watch these new movies
0:48-0:49 This is enough to count me in.
And that is exactly why I’m gonna watch this 🙂
Hollywood: 'We need new ideas. Somebody go listen to old episodes of 'the Ricky Gervais show' and see if Karl Pilkington has any ideas; he did well for Black Mirror.'
Innit.
0:48 Emma and Andrew
As a producer, this is Emma Stone the entrepreneur not just Emma Stone the actress
“As a producer” 🤓
I just want to watch this because this is what my dreams look like.
No one cares.

Buen Video..💪🏻
I like Dafoe and Stone but this doesn’t look like my cup of tea.
Your instincts are correct. This movie is not art. I just lost all of the respect I had for Emma Stone. I did not get past the first 30 minutes.
Wes Anderson is everywhere and everything.
You should watch one of the director's other films, rest assured this will be very far away from a wee Anderson film
Exactly! Way better than wee Wes Anderson’s films
Emma Stone as Spider-Woman Gwen Stacy and Willem Dafoe as Green Goblin Norman Osborn
Ahhh the Frankenstein monster created a human being.
I watched it, and it was a little much for me, didnt want to see Emma's hairy business. More nudity than Titanic
Looks interesting 😊
Da fu?
Emma Stone for OSCARS 2023 !
Artsy film
Hmmm interesting
The Bride of Frankenstein by way of Wes Anderson
@&c& Wes and his wee projects
Emma is scarily look-a-like to Billie Eilish!!!
😂😂😂😂 not even remotely close.
Getting REAL Edward Scissorhands vibes from this, Willam Dafoe's Inventor very much like Vincent Price in Scissorhands.
Give her 11 Oscars, NOW! *end of commicae*
Good boys
Paintings...
It should be named "Rich Things" because it has Norman Osborn
Is this Metropolis??
She deserves best actress for cruella too but they slept on her for it😊
