U talk about finding a marketing nisch, like say Minecraft, but how do one dance around the copyright laws so that someone who does fanart, for exemple a 14 year old, could make some money for their hobbies? What would u recommend?
that something you'd need to talk with a lawyer I assume, that said, what Ive seen people do is take a design as an inspiration and take their own spin on it. For example, did you know that 50 shades of gray was actually a fan-fiction based on Twilight saga? it had the original names of Bella and Edward and well the rest of the characters. So I presume that if you were to take say Minecraft and play around with designs that are your inspiration it should be alright :)
and I honestly love that lol all for delulu ideas :) if anything, I share even more ideas and ways to make this work, especially if someone is not artistic or creative :)
