little advice. instead of spending the entire video plugging it in to different devices (once was enough, its all the same thing) - focus on functionality like "how far does this reach" or "how far before interference and lag happens" or color representation.
Hey great I'd. I will definitely do that on my next review of a Transmitter and Receiver. I definitely learned a lot of what I needed to do based on you guys commenting. Thanks for your feedback 😀
Great review - can you answer this for me - can you use this with 2 TV's send the signal from TV "A" to TV "B" - I am not worried about sound - I just want to mirror the primary TV on the secondary. thanks
This won't work because tv don't send data through hdmi ports they only receive data. So when you plug a transmitter into the tv nothing will happen because the tv is waiting to receive data from the device.
If you use a screen ? I recommend a tv . Say s90c from samsung if you use say full fiber optic internet . I use class 8 ethernet same brand same lenght and fiber optic hdmi . Image is nice . Tried with wifi on tv or xbox both . Not as crisp
you skip part where it show what kind spash screen it shows when TX is not connected? I have seen many great product but those screen full of chinese text when it is not connected will ruin whole ting.
As I don't have multiple RX I'm not sure. But I would guess no you can't because this would cause problems if you had them running with other TX-RX plugged into a computer monitor (school, library, ect)
You can have multiple TX. Any number. Let's say you have 3 people giving a lecture, as each one needs to show their own monitor, all they need to do is press and hold their TX button, and it will change the monitor. This is helpful, but.... if you have 2 meetings in different rooms, it could be an issue. :) Theses are not like RC units. They are not paired to each other. So you can not have 2 RX in your computer controlling 2 monitors. At least, not with these.
@@AtHomewithLucas I thought you said the button on the transmitter would toggle from video display mode to copy mode. Even stated it was an alternate way to copy data files. You mentioned that it worked, but didn’t demonstrate it.
Do these interfere with a mesh WiFi system since they both utilize the same frequency? I’m thinking of using to send camera video from my NVR (on second floor) to my tv on first floor. Thanks
@AtHomewithLucas thanks for the Quick reply. Sorry my English isn't the best I will use it for video streaming. PC to TV 3m . Is it good for this? I hate this cable to the TV 🤣
if 4k 60 hertz is possible with these transmitters, 144 hertz (3d-shutter) in 1080p should be possible, right? i mean, 60x3840*2160 is still more than 144x1920x1080...
@@AtHomewithLucas i wanna watch 3d blu rays on my benq st1080p, with the signal comming from either my desktop or tthe playstation. and i wanna get rid of the long hdmi cables on the ceiling.

I just tried on my old wii, but nothing happened. I'm not sure if the PS5 will work or not. My guess is an Xbox would work because it's mostly a pc anyway.
@marklewis.wales844 yeah I don't think these can handle gaming just yet and when they do I'm sure everyone will be talking about wireless HDMI for gaming.
Does it only mirror the computer or could it act as a monitor extension?
I believe you can extend your desktop
It's nice and all BUT how about through walls. I need to connect my STB in my living room to my bedroom.
Sorry hope you figured it out.

I wanted to say, keep up the good work, really like your energy and your videos
Hey thank you 🙏💯🙂
Thanks for the review. I"ll try this for an FPV application; hopefully, the latency is not that bad.
Yeah definitely try it and keep me updated on how it works.
Did it work, how is the latency?
@@taraaliyeva1813 curious about the latency too
@connorehman6949 i never got an answer, but is good one. I did buy it

Try a Camera to monitor at a park with outlets for the monitor and let's see that?. Thanks
As I don't own a full size camera I can't do that. I shoot everything on my Samsung S23 Ultra. But thanks 😊

Hey thanks for the information 👍😀
What's the setup if I want two receivers and 1 transmitter?
Sorry, I don't know, as I only have one receiver.
Hi could I ask a questions, will this work for the cctv dvr to the monitor to watch instead of having a lengthy long hdmi cable????
If the device can send out image through a hdmi cable then yes it will work.
Yes it absolutely does thank you
you skip part where it show what kind spash screen it shows when TX is not connected? I have seen many great product but those screen full of chinese text when it is not connected will ruin whole ting.
Oh it's English text and tells you when it's connected.
What about latency? That's the most important part.
It's pretty low because it uses a dedicated ghz between the transmitter and receiver.
Will these work with a 34" ultrawide? Or are all HDMI signals created equal?
Great question let me plug it into my 34" Ultra-Wide Monitor now.
So it works with the ultra wide in 21:9 but it only displays 1080p so it won't look as good as the monitor can handle 1440p
Is it possible to use multiple RX for multiple displays? TX into laptop RX into 2 monitors is the thought
As I don't have multiple RX I'm not sure. But I would guess no you can't because this would cause problems if you had them running with other TX-RX plugged into a computer monitor (school, library, ect)

Where did you copy in your video? I was confused about how that actually works. Also kind of wireless thumb drive to move data from point to point B?
I'm not sure what you are talking about "copy in your video" or "data from point a to point b" sorry
@@AtHomewithLucas I thought you said the button on the transmitter would toggle from video display mode to copy mode. Even stated it was an alternate way to copy data files. You mentioned that it worked, but didn’t demonstrate it.
Yes, if you press the button, it switched modes. But it doesn't transfer data like a thumb drive.
have you tested Latency in mobile gaming?
No sorry I didn't
Great video, can you have multiple monitors running of the wireless extender
Like use a wifi splitting?
@@AtHomewithLucas No not really but a cable box sending video and audio to three other TV units.
That's really interesting don't see why not. It would be the same image on all three displays tho.

Yes

Hey, Merry Christmas 😊
How is it for gaming.
Great question. I'd say you could game depending on what game. If you need zero latency, this might not work perfectly.
What about lag???
Lag was low. But I didn't try anything that needed super low latency.

Sorry no you cant.
This only works with devices that can be sent out like a computer, camera, etc tvs won't work

It uses p2p
It can be use to flat screen tv? That
Yes the receiver can be plugged into a tv but the transmitter has to be in a device that can send out images/display
So what is the other devices???
Cameras, laptops, computers, smartphones.
So no tv to tv??
@youngkobe2373 correct
