the first walk she did not use food and left the leash long, after she held the leash closer and used food, which maybe could have worked without pinch collar
Hi hi Duke I have a a poodle standard poodle and I have a handicap I use a walker how do I get him to heal beside me with the Walker I'm using a halter right now it seems to be working but I can't get him to walk beside me he walks beside the Walker is that okay
Absolutely, the prong collar is useless without having the proper method to use it. I like to layer it over the slip lead, especially on the more difficult (non attentive) dogs. Great video!!
Poster is wrong ... it does NOT like some sort of torture device. That is what ignorant people say. People who understand fitting, use, reasons, its history should speak up and explain to those unfamiliar with it. I find it is very helpful with hard pulling rescue dogs; most are walking along inside 10 minutes with a 2-finger leash grasp. Prong high up the neck and I lean toward barely loose and make sure of a carabiner to the flat collar 'D' ring and round ring of the prong for insurance. Prong collars are to HELP a dog, not to intimidate him.
This video is misleading. In the first video no training treat pouch a longer lead and outside. In the second video a training pouch on the trainer side shorter lead and inside in a controlled environment. I would not trust this video
This collar is a GREAT tool! People that lack education are the issue.

If its not a problem for you then heeling beside the walker is ok.
