That's how a partner who loves you is supposed to act. This should be the norm. Anyone who doesn't support their partner shouldn't be called "boyfriend" or "girlfriend". And I hate these "relationships" where both partners (or more partners in a polyamorous relationship) don't support each other, where they split up after a week or two and dare to call the person they split up with "my ex" like ...you weren't even in a real relationship to begin with. You couldn't even call that a friendship...at most you could call that an affair or sth. I also absolutely hate highschool romance movies like YIKES (same goes for highschool couples like in riverdale or Sabrina for instance) But that's just my opinion. The media and often times society gives us a wrong image of relationships. (Excuse my English...I'm self-taught and still learning to speak the language. I could express myself a lot better but I still lack a lot of words)

i'm not exactly sure why people have been dm'ing you expressing disappointment. body positivity isn't something that's supposed to have a specific look; it comes in different forms which, yes, DOES include getting surgery. you can still love yourself and get surgery and that's okay. like jazzy said, she doesn't owe anyone an explanation but i'm happy that she's being open and honest with us and got her boobs done regardless of people's opinions and because she wanted to do it. with that being said, they look amazing jazzy and i'm happy you were finally able to get them done! 🥰
My only problem with plastic surgery is when someone goes through the surgery expecting it to higher their self esteem when in reality you have to do that work yourself. Other than that I don't see a problem with it all that much.

They express disappointment because they looked up to her because in her earlier videos she was trying to cheer up women who were flat that it was cool to be flat chested and that they didn't need boobs. They were probably disappointed because her boob job goes against what she was saying in those videos and shows how she succumbed to her insecurities. It is normal! I have 34b but still feel like it‘s way too small. No matter what size your chest is, you‘re gonna have something about it you‘re not gonna like. And a lot of people actually like smaller chests more so nothing to feel insecure about :)
This is literally me watching the story of my life. I had a very similar chest size and got my boobs done at 23 with similar CC size too. First time I had sex with my now husband I covered them bc I felt ashamed for not having anything there. I also have asked for a boob job for my mom for years since I was 14 lol. The process was very very painful for me, I guess it was cause my skin wasn't very elastic so it hurt like crazy. It was traumatic and I had bad scarring but like you said, after some weeks, looking in the mirror made me cry of joy. So nice for the first time watching something I can really relate too. I'm happy you're happy!
i have always wanted to have my boobs done but i don’t think i want to go through surgery. just watching these videos i get chills, like the feeling of hearing nails in the blackboard, pure agony. i feel happy for people who get breast augmentation but i don’t think i could do it. also, i have former breast cancer patients in my family so genetics is against me on this case

as a person who’s flat (like flat flat lmao), this made me tear up so bad ;; so many people made jokes about how im flat (eg : how my boob cup is not even in the range), my friends sometimes slide their hand down my shoulder to my non-existent boobs in amusement bcs theres literally nothing there, some people told that im not going to get married bcs no boobs = unattractive (according to them) and yes my confidence dropped so low i literally cringe every time i see myself in the mirror. its sad bcs i literally dgaf abt how flat i am until people started pointing it out. edit : omg i just went back to this & now im so overwhelmed by the replies ;;; thank you so much to every single one of you,, for sharing your experience & sharing your uplifting thoughts - im really so touched i could just cry :c thank you again!

Got mine at 22 and by 30, started suffering from a debilitating illness that no one could identify. Now, I'm almost 35 and having them removed!!! Be careful, many surgeons won't warn women of breast implant illness but it's gaining more recognition, even though it's been around since implants were invented

@@SS_333 and they do it very quietly. My own surgeon who took my implants out wasn't disbelieving of BII but seemed shocked and confused because she knew nothing of it. Probably because the companies that do safety tests for the breast implants are the manufacturers, themselves. Like eyelids surgery is so normalized in korea that many koreans who have monolids feels like the HAVE to get theirs done and that’s just so wrong. The same could happen with boobs. I don’t think “self-love” is strictly loving the body that ur born with (although that is a part of it) I think it means loving ur self is any form ur in. It’s okay to have insecurities about certain parts of ur body - I think everyone does tbh - and if u want to change those parts of urs that doesn’t necessarily make u happy, then thats a form of self-love too. Just do what makes u happy and comfy, and obviously safe and healthy. I don’t think a lot of ppl realize this but being happy and confident is so fucking sexy and hot. With self-love I don’t think you have to love EVERY part of ur body, but maybe accept that that part is with you, and it’s 100% okay to keep it and love it or change it and love it more. Ya know? I know this is an old video but I just want to say, good on you for doing something for yourself. It's such a shame that people try to pressure others (influencers or even just peers!) to do or not do things that they want. I think a lot of that pressure is rooted in their own insecurities but at the end of the day, we just need to do what makes us happy and not let others dictate our lives.

I’m transgender ftm and I’m getting top surgery (breast removal) in a few months and it’s just so nice to see someone else being honest about how they feel in their bodies. No matter who you are or where you are, you deserve to be happy in your own skin!
I just had a consultation with a plastic surgeon last week and when I asked about the potential for breast implant illness and he immediately brushed it off and told me it "isn't real" and is just social media hysteria. He even said that it's most often reported in women who are on anti-depressants pre-OP and so "if you're experiencing depression and already feel bad about yourself you're obviously not going to be satisfied with your surgery and that can manifest in physical symptoms." I couldn't get out of that appointment fast enough. I definitely will NOT be working with that surgeon.
When you brought up the American girl doll puberty book, I've never felt more relieved at the fact that i wasnt alone. jesus, looking back at it now, the book should have mentioned that every girls body is different, that thing made my insecurities go through the roof.

For those who are considering I did it and man it’s PAINFUL ! It’s soooo worth it :) I chose saline, salt water . I too wore padded underwire with thick tops I was -a hahaha after I nursed a nipple, 20 years later , it’s amazing what it does to your mental health :) nice vid !
@@kphoria1009 yes as if your implant leaks a tiny bit over the years , it’s safe as it’s just salt water . It’s also more natural I would say after your breasts rest and drop. I did return to get a lift on one of my breast ( always had one lower plus one is a slightly a bit bigger ) even prior so that doesn’t change . Once you go bigger its slightly more noticeable but of course I’m prob the only one who notices with my bra off. Best of luck ! After don’t take codeine as you’re already constipated from surgery, not going for 4 days was also painful .

i don’t understand why everyone thinks plastic surgery is bad, it’s just enhancing natural features, you do you, i love you and whatever choice you make.
I don’t really have any problem with it but I think people might disagree with it because it can create unrealistic beauty standards and it’s sometimes a way of “fixing” yourself because you don’t conform to the normal standards. She’s doing it because she wants to for herself so there’s no problem with it, but it’s upsetting for people when it’s done in order to look like everyone else and be accepted by others. You should love yourself, and if you’re changing your body because other people think you should or you think you’re supposed to look a certain way, that’s where the problem comes in. Otherwise, you do you as long as you’re happy and comfortable in your body

5:15 I totally get this. I really hate how my teeth look but my friends and family tell me my teeth are fine the way they are. But that's not going to stop me from getting braces, the reason why is because acceptance is not enough. I want to look at my teeth and have no doubt that when i go look in the mirror im not going to hate my teeth. Sure, i have accepted my teeth but it doesnt mean im totally happy with them. I have the similiar problem with teeth. I got some white stains after brace, cus I didn’t have enough lime in my body. My parents says they didn’t even notice the stains but I feel they lie to make me feel better. I have not white teeth so the stains are visible :c I am thinking to get whitewash my teeth, but that weaken teeth and cost a lot of money in my Country

@@eefonix6274 because cisgender women already developed secondary sex characters(SSC] while trans have not, by taking hormone you start to develop secondary sex characters. As for cisgender women, they hit puberty and already developed SSC, depends on genetics and nutrition whether to get big breast or not, but it’s mostly nutrients that helps with SSC development. This youtuber would be on the same boat if she start out as a trans and taking hormone.

I hate undressing in front of people, even ones that I trust and love, because one of my old friends would always say "we get it you're skinny" or give me the side eye. It's not my fault that I have a high metabolism that runs in the family and it's also not my fault that MY body makes you feel insecure. It makes me mad that I still have this anxiety about this but hearing you say that "I'm not responsible to fix your insecurities" made me realize that is exactly what I need to say to myself. Everyone's body is their own and I'm very glad that you made the decision to make yourself happy and I wish you the best of luck during recovery!
Gone through the same thing. I got criticized all the time for wearing bralettes by who I thought was my friend at the time because she was in the Ds and I was an A and always was told I have “pecks” and other things and couldn’t pull of the bralettes and that they were made for people who had boobs. But I’ve cut her out my life and realized that she was insecure of herself and her body that she always picked on mine. Needless to say, I feel better now but I feel you on how you hate undressing infront of people. It’s these reasons why we feel the way that we do. I support everyone and their bodies small or big! ✨
when people try me with the "oh, you are so skinny. I wish I was like you", I just answer them "for the price of anxiety, they too can stop eating and become underweight". Also, one of my "friends" used to say "i have small boobs, but at least im not like her". I had zero boobs, bc not only I grew up pretty slowly, I also did pretty late. Well, my boobs ended up growing to be way bigger than her and so she tried to start guilt tripping me and trying to make me feel sorry for her. Guess she got the karma she deserved.

I feel like theres so much pressure on body positive influencers, and just girls in general, to be completely body positive all the time and completely confident in how they look. But that is so ridiculous. It is okay to want to change your body! As long as you take the necessary steps (research etc) to make it as safe as possible, and as long as it's not coming from a place of 'if I don't do this I will hate my body', then it is okay! If it is something that will make you happier and more confident, why the fuck not??
I remember loving her videos about “flat chest” acceptance and body positivity. I loved that she was able to share those feelings with the world. It’s amazing how happy she looks in this video and I’m happy for her. As long as she did research and she’s happy, who are we to judge her?

i'm amazed she didn't know her mom had one... unless it was like... before she was born or when she was too little to remember. i was like 8 when my mom got hers and even if she hadn't told me i'd have eventually noticed cuz i used to make fun of how they looked before she had the surgery (feel bad about that now obviously... but yeah she was given a pill when i wouldn't breast feed to dry up her milk and it destroyed her breast tissue). but yeah, when she was feeling all insecure as a teen her mother should have told her then like "hey it's okay, i was small chested too and i had surgery for it. i don't want you to have surgery until you're old enough." or something.

My mom got an augmentation when I was 1 (I’m baby number 4). I had no idea until a year after I had my twins (29 yrs old). My whole life up until then I kept wondering when my boobs where going to fill out like my moms 🤦♀️. I was like if she still has that much substance after breastfeeding 4 babies, than there’s hope for me 😂.

Could you please research breast implant illness before you do it? You can get a fat transfer...much safer I have saline but all shells are silicone. Thousands are explanting! Documentary "Explant" on Paramount... soooo many are getting very sick. My saline ruined my health 26 years ago! Finally now about why

for people thinking this is a bit hypocritical or contradicting of the body positivity and changing beauty standards thing,,,although the outcome will be the same (being seen as more 'normal' or 'beautiful') the intention is different. jazzy has done this bcs she wants boobs, not bcs she is trying to conform to the beauty standards. dont not do things that will make u happy bcs they align with todays beauty standards, just make sure you're doing it bcs YOU want to, fighting beauty standards doesnt mean that the things that are beauty standards are off limits bcs everything is acceptable.
Exactly! What people fail to realize is that it's possible to like and accept different body types (including the one they have) on others and still not feel comfortable with themselves. Just because they make changes that they want doesn't mean they're invalidating others with the same body type, they are just doing what they want to be happy and feel confident with themselves.

@Ana Isabel while I agree, those things may be your personal insecurity but also you may be supportive of the movement because it leads to accepting ALL type of bodies, not just the perfect one. For example, let's say someone has stretch marks, small breasts and a tummy. All three are not "beautiful" in general standard but the individual may be happy with two of them, but personally don't like the third one so they want to change it. it's complicated. Espetially when it comes to boobs - many people experience body dysmorphia around the boob area, for different reasons - not only being trans for example. Like, human brain is complicated, and I personally don't think everything comes around to beauty standards.

I’d say that i’m normal like I understand the beauty standards but i still think i look pretty. My only problem with plastic surgery is when someone goes through the surgery expecting it to higher their self esteem when in reality you have to do that work yourself. Other than that I don't see a problem with it all that much.

This is literally me watching the story of my life. I had a very similar chest size and got my boobs done at 23 with similar CC size too. First time I had sex with my now husband I covered them bc I felt ashamed for not having anything there. I also have asked for a boob job for my mom for years since I was 14 lol. The process was very very painful for me, I guess it was cause my skin wasn't very elastic so it hurt like crazy. It was traumatic and I had bad scarring but like you said, after some weeks, looking in the mirror made me cry of joy. So nice for the first time watching something I can really relate too. I'm happy you're happy!

I don’t think “self-love” is strictly loving the body that ur born with (although that is a part of it) I think it means loving ur self is any form ur in. It’s okay to have insecurities about certain parts of ur body - I think everyone does tbh - and if u want to change those parts of urs that doesn’t necessarily make u happy, then thats a form of self-love too. Just do what makes u happy and comfy, and obviously safe and healthy. I don’t think a lot of ppl realize this but being happy and confident is so fucking sexy and hot. With self-love I don’t think you have to love EVERY part of ur body, but maybe accept that that part is with you, and it’s 100% okay to keep it and love it or change it and love it more. Ya know? I just had a consultation with a plastic surgeon last week and when I asked about the potential for breast implant illness and he immediately brushed it off and told me it "isn't real" and is just social media hysteria. He even said that it's most often reported in women who are on anti-depressants pre-OP and so "if you're experiencing depression and already feel bad about yourself you're obviously not going to be satisfied with your surgery and that can manifest in physical symptoms." I couldn't get out of that appointment fast enough. I definitely will NOT be working with that surgeon.

For those who are considering I did it and man it’s PAINFUL ! It’s soooo worth it :) I chose saline, salt water . I too wore padded underwire with thick tops I was -a hahaha after I nursed a nipple, 20 years later , it’s amazing what it does to your mental health :) nice vid !

@@kphoria1009 yes as if your implant leaks a tiny bit over the years , it’s safe as it’s just salt water . It’s also more natural I would say after your breasts rest and drop. I did return to get a lift on one of my breast ( always had one lower plus one is a slightly a bit bigger ) even prior so that doesn’t change . Once you go bigger its slightly more noticeable but of course I’m prob the only one who notices with my bra off. Best of luck ! After don’t take codeine as you’re already constipated from surgery, not going for 4 days was also painful .

I don’t really have any problem with it but I think people might disagree with it because it can create unrealistic beauty standards and it’s sometimes a way of “fixing” yourself because you don’t conform to the normal standards. She’s doing it because she wants to for herself so there’s no problem with it, but it’s upsetting for people when it’s done in order to look like everyone else and be accepted by others. You should love yourself, and if you’re changing your body because other people think you should or you think you’re supposed to look a certain way, that’s where the problem comes in. 5:15 I totally get this. I really hate how my teeth look but my friends and family tell me my teeth are fine the way they are. But that's not going to stop me from getting braces, the reason why is because acceptance is not enough. @@eefonix6274 because cisgender women already developed secondary sex characters(SSC] while trans have not, by taking hormone you start to develop secondary sex characters. As for cisgender women, they hit puberty and already developed SSC, depends on genetics and nutrition whether to get big breast or not, but it’s mostly nutrients that helps with SSC development. This youtuber would be on the same boat if she start out as a trans and taking hormone.

I hate undressing in front of people, even ones that I trust and love, because one of my old friends would always say "we get it you're skinny" or give me the side eye. It's not my fault that I have a high metabolism that runs in the family and it's also not my fault that MY body makes you feel insecure. It makes me mad that I still have this anxiety about this but hearing you say that "I'm not responsible to fix your insecurities" made me realize that is exactly what I need to say to myself. Everyone's body is their own and I'm very glad that you made the decision to make yourself happy and I wish you the best of luck during recovery!

Gone through the same thing. I got criticized all the time for wearing bralettes by who I thought was my friend at the time because she was in the Ds and I was an A and always was told I have “pecks” and other things and couldn’t pull of the bralettes and that they were made for people who had boobs. But I’ve cut her out my life and realized that she was insecure of herself and her body that she always picked on mine. Needless to say, I feel better now but I feel you on how you hate undressing infront of people. It’s these reasons why we feel the way that we do. I support everyone and their bodies small or big! ✨

Also, one of my "friends" used to say "i have small boobs, but at least im not like her". I had zero boobs, bc not only I grew up pretty slowly, I also did pretty late. Well, my boobs ended up growing to be way bigger than her and so she tried to start guilt tripping me and trying to make me feel sorry for her. Guess she got the karma she deserved.

I feel like theres so much pressure on body positive influencers, and just girls in general, to be completely body positive all the time and completely confident in how they look. But that is so ridiculous. It is okay to want to change your body! As long as you take the necessary steps (research etc) to make it as safe as possible, and as long as it's not coming from a place of 'if I don't do this I will hate my body', then it is okay! If it is something that will make you happier and more confident, why the fuck not??
I remember loving her videos about “flat chest” acceptance and body positivity. I loved that she was able to share those feelings with the world. It’s amazing how happy she looks in this video and I’m happy for her. As long as she did research and she’s happy, who are we to judge her?

i'm amazed she didn't know her mom had one... unless it was like... before she was born or when she was too little to remember. i was like 8 when my mom got hers and even if she hadn't told me i'd have eventually noticed cuz i used to make fun of how they looked before she had the surgery (feel bad about that now obviously... but yeah she was given a pill when i wouldn't breast feed to dry up her milk and it destroyed her breast tissue). but yeah, when she was feeling all insecure as a teen her mother should have told her then like "hey it's okay, i was small chested too and i had surgery for it. i don't want you to have surgery until you're old enough." or something.
my friend's mom also didn't tell her and throughout our whole teenage years she thought her boobs would come in but they never did 😂

My mom got an augmentation when I was 1 (I’m baby number 4). I had no idea until a year after I had my twins (29 yrs old). My whole life up until then I kept wondering when my boobs where going to fill out like my moms 🤦♀️. I was like if she still has that much substance after breastfeeding 4 babies, than there’s hope for me 😂.

Exactly! What people fail to realize is that it's possible to like and accept different body types (including the one they have) on others and still not feel comfortable with themselves. Just because they make changes that they want doesn't mean they're invalidating others with the same body type, they are just doing what they want to be happy and feel confident with themselves.

@Ana Isabel while I agree, those things may be your personal insecurity but also you may be supportive of the movement because it leads to accepting ALL type of bodies, not just the perfect one. For example, let's say someone has stretch marks, small breasts and a tummy. All three are not "beautiful" in general standard but the individual may be happy with two of them, but personally don't like the third one so they want to change it. it's complicated. Espetially when it comes to boobs - many people experience body dysmorphia around the boob area, for different reasons - not only being trans for example.
Like, human brain is complicated, and I personally don't think everything comes around to beauty standards.

I’m guilty of hating plastic surgeries in general. I used to think, and i still do, that they set high beauty standards for our society. I’m not insecure or extremely confident. I’d say that i’m normal like I understand the beauty standards but i still think i look pretty. Anyways, i think this video changed my mind a little because it really seems like an actual struggle not just for funzies. But either ways, no one should ask for justifications for such thing.
