Great video and very informative. I have been flying this plane a few times and now I learn moor about the settings. I only had one issues at approach phase that the plane deviates from the route. The A320 neo fbw does not deviate at same route. I will try again but with your flight from Dubai. Wish me luck. 🙂
@@aatifahmad I use manage mode at TOD for decend and approache phase acitvated. The plane follow tha path and suddenly just leave the gps route. Same in some other fligt. Do the sae route the same way in A320 FBW and that plane never leave the route. Everything else works as expected in bothes planes.
I wish I could help you with this problem. Usually the plane deviates from the final approach if the speed it high. If I ever face a problem like this under normal approach phase then I will try to find a solution for your problem. Thank you very much for watching the video. Have a nice day

on xbox version there is a weird issue i experience occasionally where init b is impossible it just says not allowed when trying to go left or right. the only way ive found around this to get weight in is go to fuel and input there.
I also encountered this problem on Xbox. But after watching this video, I think the problem is that the data coming from the EFB into the INIT screen has to be loaded in two phases as per the acronym “DIFRIPS”. The 1st “I” or INIT is loaded before your “F” or flight plan and the 2nd “I” is loaded from the EFB just before PERF. Then you should be able to advance INIT to the second page. Hope this helps.

If you are not able to use ATC for clearance, then check the radio panel to enable call and volume. If it still doesn't work then you may have not selected IFR flight in Microsoft flight planning window in the beginning.

How much is your speed during the approach phase?
