What about domestic terrorism?
Unfortunately this doesnt fall with the domestic terrorism umbrella. Trust me that’s the first thing I looked up. Sadly.
@Maximus01776 what about magat terrorism?? They hate California so much, they want to burn it like they did to our capitol..
@@moeyamezz6296 It would if it were Ecoterrorism which could be possible with these warped Climate Alarmists running around wanting everyone to "believe"...
Usual f'ing weirdo suspects
Yep, liberalism is a mental illness

White people don't like it when their dirty laundry is exposed. They'll talk about immigrants all day though. Forgetting their relatives had a similar dream.
@@genemontoya4028 MAGAT VIBES!! YUUP!
Was this person connected with any of the other fires in Southern California?
I'm betting yes, but I guess we'll see.
They say they have reason to believe he was.
That is a strong possibility per the sheriff. It's very possible that multiple counties will be involved in filing charges. San Bernardino, being the closest, was first to get the investigation down.
The only other fire would be the bridge fire because the airport fire was confirmed to start from a utility crew by accident
@@nathenhernandez1151 well, it doesn't necessarily have to be a fire that's ongoing right now.
Charges filed. Trial coming in 2028
nah, he isn't a billionaire so it will happen fast I am sure. 🙄
More like.. he’ll be back out tomorrow to start more fires😩
Y'all act like he's the first person to ever be arrested for starting a major wildfire. It happens all the time. I remember one year...2020, I think maybe 2021... there were over a dozen arrests in Washington state, alone. It happens every year.
@@sarahbrown5073 when sarcasm goes right over someone’s head😅😁😁
@@Monica_Escobar maybe the op was being sarcastic, but you have to admit people are acting like this is something new or unique. Arson crimes have been steadily increasingly in Washington and California over the last 5 years. It's just that they usually only make the local news and for some reason this particular incident is getting national attention.
I called arson days ago. Now we see if this guy set the other fires in SoCal.
The only other fire would be the bridge fire because the airport fire was confirmed to start from a utility crew by accident
@@nathenhernandez1151 no, he just listed three fires
With all these charges, he's TOAST.
He was also FIRED from his job. Mum probably never told him not to play with Fire.
Name and photo of the accused? Why are the perps always protected now? And if guility, I pray he nevers smiles again.
CBS and others have a pic.
I saw a photo in the initial thumbnail. Some have the philosophy not to give criminals notoriety by saying and printing their names over and over again while the victims get left behind. ✌🏽
Ktla 5 mentioned it several times already. Guys name is Justin Wayne Halstenberg from Norco. Dunno about FOX but a few local stations have been showing his face and name and even the truck in previous conferences.
Lazy
I remember when the criminal got more air time then the victim, so I think it was switched to not give attention to the creep. We need the trees for air. I always say "grow trees, not windmills". This creep destroyed a lot of trees, not to mention people's lives and animals.
Please turn up the speaker volume when doing these.
turn your OWN speakers up...duh
@LouiseStastny
I did, " duh", and why I requested it.
Life in prison with no parole
So is this going to be the typical catch and release or will this guy actually have to pay for what he did?
Isn't Los Angeles illegally santuary city? I don't remember voting for that. I don't know about the other counties.
This is in San Bernardino county our DA isn't the goofball in LA. You go to jail here@@user-mx9th2fx8r
Oh, great, a power-point presentation
Maximum punishment
Great application of the notion of CORRELATION WITH THE APPLICATION TO LPR AND ARSON!!!!!! Thanks to you all for your very educated approach and application and presentation!!!!!
Guy likes to talk
Always great sound bit!!
how is this different from Minneapolis?
It's good to see that there are still repercussions for crimes committed in the beautiful state of California.
I wonder who’s in LPR pocket
Thank you. Watching from Alaska.
🤔
Serial Arsonist?
What happened to Allegedly ? Guilty already, good old justice system.
Jason is absolutely right...😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
The accused looks like Wallace from Wallace & Grommet!!! Where is his dog!!
Someone ate it.
They're very competent law enforcement personnel that's very good..... That's very good police work!!!!
Thats what you get when you give people legel drugs and pay them not to work, they have nothing better to do😂
The arsonist was a contractor with the FedEx. He had a job and a home. He has teeth, so doubt he’s a meth head. Maybe he’s just an evil arsonist.
@@deeceepnwFedEx contractor killed Amanda Strand too.
BOYCOTT FedEx
I really want to know how they know he did it
License plate reader near scene, evidence in vehicle and home
License plate readers and traffic cam videos. Search warrant turned up flammable devices and evidence in his home.. He made repeated attempts to get the line fire going.
Street Camara and satellite zoom in and people whitness
He likely started some other fires in Norco
GOOD!
I'm glad Justice is finally being served to someone setting wildfires....
But wait, all you have is 9 charges on him?
That's a slap on the wrist, compared to all those people who were FORCED OUT of their HOMES 😮
I think for each person who was forced out of their home, that should be one more individual charge, and break it down HOW MANY in EACH household, so many charges that man should NEVER even be allowed to LIVE!
Whatever assets he owns, I don't know if it'll be enough to possibly pay all those victims
Someone needs to go after all these insurance companies who keep taking First money and not delivering, ESPECIALLY at a time like this when people DESPERATELY NEED FIRE INSURANCE
Someone needs to have all those insurance companies audited and force them to give Hefty refunds more than they ever paid for as long as they had that policy
Each one of these insurance companies needs to REFUND QUADRUPLE the amount to EACH CUSTOMER ever paid for the length of time they had EACH ONE of those policies
The IRS needs to step in on each one of these insurance companies and audit them automatically Comma and force payment to each one of these victims who were negatively affected, and definitely give 10x to those who lost EVERYTHING
Shame on those fraudulent insurance companies for taking people's money and failing them at a time when people need you the most, refund EVERYONE'S money, because I hope the IRS comes knocking!
If you're not going to cover all of those people's homes when they lost everything, then you need to go back for the length of the policy each person paid into and give back four times the amount They ever paid for the length of time they had those policies, and I'm talking about refunding EACH CUSTOMER
Customers paying into homeowners insurance need to contact your State Department of Insurance and report each insurance company the who's been taking your money and not delivering, ESPECIALLY now when you most need it
You also need to Contact the IRS and get a form to have each one of these insurance companies AUDITED
And you all need to call your State Bar and get a good lawyer, start a class action against these INSURANCE COMPANIES and against the ARSONIST
You can also consider subscribing to a service called LegalShield And get legal coverage As a legal shield member, they'll assign you a local lawyer in your area
Use your legal shield membership and pull together IN NUMBERS and file a CLASS ACTION
There's POWER in NUMBERS, and NUMBERS MATTER
You all can also hire a PI (Private Investigator) to see who all was backing that arsonist to keep making that fire bigger, and you may consider going after the city or whoever is doing EXTRA burns because you CAN'T fight FIRE 🔥 with FIRE 🔥
Why? Just why?
It’s a white male. It’s a mystery.

This’s domestic terrorism
There’s no conspiracy weirdos in here, yet. Thank goodness!
Arson is an awful crime, the State will prosecute and, if found guilty, sentence this alleged perpetrator aggressively. Anyone saying otherwise is a provocateur.
You are the last word in perpetrators? The Fed State, under Biden, allowed and encouraged Antifa to build 1000s of fires in Oregon and Washington with much damage and some deaths. We all know it, they were caught, observed and boasted. Nothing has been done and won't until Judgement Day until they all will answer. I have no idea about this guy.
Or a Russian bot.
Thank goodness the blanket apologist showed up.
Ecoterrorism is still on the table with these Climate nuts running around trying to make converts...
What upsets me is the arsonist family and friends deny that he did it and stated we was a nice guy. Give me a break
May God reveal the truth. Treason by gov is very real. The corrupt gov traitors liars like to blame others of what they themselves are guilty of.
He had a prior mug shot search for Wallace gromit
Are these fires forcing evacuations being used to gain access to homes so others can burglarize them? I haven't heared this being brought up. I might have missed it.
I think I heard that mentioned.
Not en masse. Just two creeps who did not evacuate arrested, National Guard on patrol.
I was thinking the same.
Was just arson around
Fox volume is always to low.
Are you sure it wasn't an energy blast?
Weirdo. Wtf is an energy blast?
the fuck you talking about lol energy blast? Quick goku do the kamehameha and start the fire!
I doubt it, just typical arson and California's poor land management.
I no longer listen to any of these type pressors due to all the back patting and commending of work NOT EVEN FINISHED! Pathetic little trophy seekers. 8 days and the fires are still broiling hot. That doesn't impress me much at all, a lot more action and less grandstanding would do everybody better. Bunch of whimps looking for their Boy Scout medals.
If you no longer listen to these types of pressers anymore (In your own words) I find it strange that you would take the time to voice your negative summary of the information provided along with tips for future pressers that you will not listen to either. That doesn't impress me at all.
@@paulachampagne9615 You're to ignorant for me to try to explain what my comment meant. Challenge your tiny weeny brain.
When there is clear proof of agency's in gov. starting these fires from planes, how can you blame 1 certain person???
They had cameras at the ignition point that caught his license plate. Please stop spewing conspiracy theories. You are being watched 🤡
@@imd1b4uHe can’t help it.
🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
Agree. The law enforcement people announced they caught the dumb ass with a large amount of flammable material and a book of matches. Sure didn't matter to law enforcement in Oregon when Antifa and BLM were caught red handed lighting off our homes and forests. In fact they were firing officers for talking to bystanders about who they saw doing the damage!!

How stupid how is it his fault if a firefighter dies that's his job as a firefighter
he started the fire that you are saying killed the fire fighter thats why baby genius
They should also file charges against ABC
Lpr waste of money they already wasted all that money before on that tech than trashed the idea threw all the cameras away now another startup is trying to gain traction and take single mothers vehicles away because they can’t afford tags
Ummm...they try to take cars away if over 6 mos behind from everybody. Saw a guy get his Jaguar taken in Newport Beach...
@@runhot9793 sad that’s why I wonder who the heck wants those kind of laws like that and the 30 day impound besides the tow and insurance companies
Huh. Evidently arson might be a crime in California. However the punks that rob with illegal guns are allowed to wlk free. Wonder why??
Part of it is also not spending resources like time and money to investigate, get evidence and nail him without a shadow of a doubt only for a stupid jury or 1 old lady to feel sorry for the criminal and get culprit off or minimal sentencing instead of going by the facts of the case and the proper punishment.
It's not just the DA's office in LA/San francisco, but the people chosen for the jury and letting the criminals free with a slap on the wrist.
@@SuperPerfection7 So you are saying skip on prosecuting gun crime because the paperwork is hard. Good to know. I will pass that onto the street punks and tell them not to worry.
