We got a cool little bat in NZ,it's our only native land mammal. It's only about as big as your thumbnail and crawls around eating worms and stuff instead of flying most of the time..... even our owl is not that creepy instead of going hoot hoot it goes morepork, morepork like it's asking for another pork chop .
I have a black cat and she is my baby girl. I love her so much I can't stand it when people say they are evil. I don't believe that one bit Still interesting video though dude nice work 👏
The Roman's believed owls, they called Striges, to feed on human flesh, disembowel babies, and drink blood. In later times, the word developed into Strega, the Italian word for witch. The Romanian Strigoi, Albanian Shtriga, and the Slavic Strzyga all drive from the term, and describe various Vampiric Undead, witches and demons. (Respectfully). It was kind of touched in, but Crows (and wolves, iirc) in Celtic mythology were associated with the Morrigan, the goddess(es) of war and death. This one is kind of a stretch, but the Raven in Germanic mythology were associated with Odin in the form of Huginn and Muninn. They fly across the world and bring him news of everything. With Odin's association with magic, it might have translated to witchcraft later
Lol 😂 we pretty lucky in NZ our owl doesn't make a spooky hot hot noise....our owl goes morepork, morepork...like hes asking for another pork chop . We do have introduced crows but not in huge numbers where i have lived . Even our bats are no threat they as big as your thumb and crawl around on the ground..... suppose the wheta is pretty creepy and the kiwi makes weard noises at night but it doesn't really scare you ,your excited to hear it .
Me, a pagan, with all kinds of creepy crawlies and my mostly black (she's a torti) cat with zero functioning braincells 😂😂😂 my cat is.... something. Lol. She's about as smart as a smooth rock.
I like black cats I had a black cat who lived to be 18 years old and she was a good kitty she loved my dad more than me and I believed she had a second owner because she came back plump as a grape I think someone in the neighborhood behind me was feeding her yes cats can have multiple owners
What about black dogs? Like the legendary Hellhound? And by the way, we had a black cat. Her name was Velvet because of her coat. I'm not too fond of it. When they stereotype certain animals. Even though I'm a Christian. And I believe in creation. Others might believe in evolution, and that's okay. But when it comes to stereotyping animals and associating them with a certain holiday. That's where I draw the freaking line. The video is interesting though, as to how those stereotypes came to be And I know. These are iconic Halloween animals. But do they deserve their bad reputation? Because of superstition and lore, the answer is no. Back then, people did not understand things. They. Went with superstition. And religious persecution. The people did not conform to Christian thinking. Now that we have science. People know better. But some people are still scared of these animals, out of fear of being bitten or hurt by them.
It's a great day when a new AAN video drops 💖🦇

Shocked that snakes, worms, frogs, and vultures weren't considered for Halloween candidates.
loved it.spiders bats owls. shows ridiculousness of politics, religion and what ever people do to their spouse. all these critters are adorable.
The vulture can be another bird that has to do with Halloween.
Watching with my black cat ❤🐈⬛
Definitely mice/rats, snakes as well
the mice, not really, but the rats absolutely
Many people eat black cats on Halloween 😢
