Excellent strategic alignment, but be mindful that drivers form an integral part of the equation. Most of the upcoming apps seem to be singing from the same hymn book when it comes to speaking too the interest of the drivers. Driver rights as emplyees must be protected. They should be registered as employees in terms of the BCEA and enjoy all rights and protections under the Labour Relations Act66 of 1995. The sane goes for Santaco , all their drivers should be registered and be protected under SA labour laws. We need drivers to enjoy UIF benefits and they should have a national provident fund. There will never be lasting stability if the driver component is neglected...as it is currently, developments at this point clearly indicate that some are "more equal than others " We must guard against transferring wealth to a privileged few....
