Good observation on the digitalization of taxi business processes. I've been working on that plan for two years now. If we can achieve this, South Afrca will change for the better, if we don't.... Foreign forces will take over

I disagree with you on the concept of disruption. The term was coined by Clayton Christensen who wrote the Innovator's Dilemma, and that's not how disruption work as you explained
@@pusetsomorapedi1948 disruption, as stated above was coined by clayton Christensen in his book. @@ChurchillTurkish1994 you mean based on the fact that for Clayton it's about inferior product growing to disrupt the market? But inferior can be seen from different perspectives non? Inferior doesn't necessarily mean new or small right?

In the contemporary business landscape, embracing a technology-driven approach is imperative. The taxi industry's struggle to adapt highlights the need for innovation. A sophisticated app-based platform, incorporating a robust driver rating system and mandatory driver's license verification, not only enhances safety but also elevates overall service quality. It's time for the industry to pivot towards proactive evolution rather than dwelling on challenges.
Hello Vusi Thembekwayo, I was inspired to see you mention an innovation in one of your interviews that aligns closely with something I’ve been working on-a transport navigation app for South Africa’s taxi industry. I recently released a demo video showcasing how it works, and it would be an honor if you could take a look. The project is still in development, but your thoughts and insights would be incredibly valuable. Here’s the link to the demo: ua-cam.com/video/msQZzaLiRm4/v-deo.html Thank you for your time!

They don't even consider customer satisfaction. Uber is more expensive, but certainly more effective
