How u r able to manage kids and work?? She is a toddler na she will show tantrums na?can you tell me ur secret
Nothing secret pa.. Aadhini used to cry but if I lift her and start talking she will be ok.. If u seen few clipping of my videos, she will be in my hip and I will carry on with my work..after few minutes she will be normal and start playing with toys..I try to engage her with few play activities during my meetings..so far it's manageable.. and I don't encourage tantrums..she won't get anything from me if she cries..azhutha Adam pidicha kidaikathu nu register pannita kids won't continue to do it.. also I give attention to her whenever she needs it.as it's only working from home I can manage so far.
Let me try to record a week routine of her so that I will also know her activities

It's my personal views. Don't feel bad. You and your husband looks highly educated and have enough working experience. Will you both not get a good job of your choice in India. I feel sad when I see you struggling to manage your children, office work, household chores, special pooja celebration etc without the help of even your husband. In India you get parental support ( both side), domestic helps at low cost, pleasant weather etc. I can't imagine the sufferings during chilling winter at Canada. Nowadays ethnic and religious crime rates also increasing at Canada by minority groups. Moreover in case of any emergencies one cannot rush immediately to India.
1. I don't feel bad..we don't have plans to stay here for long time..it's only short term..
2. Regarding getting job in India, My husband don't have much scope it India and that's why we moved here..
3. Am I struggling? No pa.. Even if it's in India we do our work by ourselves only
4. Crime rates has increased everywhere in world after pandemic. Canada is safe pa Not an issue.. we can come to India at anytime we want..athuvum issue illa.. It will take only 24 hours to reach..As I told no plans to settle down here

Thanks for your care.. work is eating my time.. Handling multiple projects (New job DevOps+automation), Avir's school work is getting tough..Due to pandemic and my delivery complications I didn't focus on his studies due to which he started lagging in class..was working with him too continuously..Need to resume channel..but couldn't find time..these 2 r major reasons..Baby sitting, kitchen ellam I can manage easily.. Prasath will take care too

Its both of our opinion sago.. Infact it was my husband suggestion to insist on our puja customs as he don't want to tell our kids that God don't exist.. Let them grow up and decide their ideology
