This is such a great video. I'm new to doing my lash extensions. Seems like my left eye comes out better then my right, but watching this helped me by showing how to put em on with hand placement. Thank you.
Hello. New subscriber to your channel. Found you when looking up DIY lash applications. Wanted to ask if these need a sealer after full application? I’ve seen other lash tutorials that use a sealer after. TIA
Angelina, Hi❣️ Your video makes these look so easy to apply🤔... Hopefully w a bit of practice I can do these🙃? I did wear full Ardell lashes in H.S. until my late 20's. Then became a "single mom", life got busy & w 4 little ones I minimized my makeup routine & $$. Smile 🤗 where has the time gone? I'm 65 now. I do appreciate your videos & advice, I enjoy watching your videos and find so much that is a big help, your time spent giving advice, reviews, details, & humor, tips & techniques Saves me time & money, also I very much appreciate the time taken away from your personal life...Thank you! 🌺 Why I am messaging you today, apologees if there's TMI, I write like talking & just hope I don't over explain..😞 I hope to re-vamp my look completely, it's hard to change one's way of thinking, esp. when getting older creeps up on you & ( I still have not come to terms w turning 60! Smile...Time is a Theif! How can this me "my" face? One day it appeared & I never asked for any changes...😢 😉😊 In all seriousness & need to learn new techniques. *My lashes & brows are dark brunette My upper lashes are now strait, they still grow and extend the full length of my lash line, but they not thick before I looked like I had 2 & 3 growing together across my lash line. Today my lashes are pretty much in a single line across the upper & lower lids . However my lower lashes have thinned, they do extend the length of my lash line but are short & I have trouble applying mascara to without smudging across the my lower lid. they are also very light. Do you think this style will work for my upper lashes? If so I would like to be able to only do a daytime length, a bit shorter than your 14mm, so I can gradually adjust my look more or less to achieve a daytime length that enhances my eyes the best be comfortable with. I hoping to start out w a length that gives me the flexibility to adjust. ( Younger I would have wanted a fuller longer look to start) I actually have trouble making choices, it seems that although 25yrs have passed since I wore my metallic shadows ( Revlon was only co. that made a shimmer shadow I remember buying in 1972 or 3, their options were a beautiful rich brown w& gold metallic. They also had yellow, white & cream matte shadows. "No" other company had the gold & brown earth tone for many years...they did produce a limited edition. loose powder a true 14k gold metallic in a large round 2" glass pot.🥴 I held onto it for years, Apologees... Rambling☹️ Lol if during the day but is not thick and full like evening lashes.is not too thick and still looks natural during the day, but enhances my eyes without drawing all the attention to the lashes. I think your 14mm is a bit too long for me to start out with. I would like to start with a everyday natural length that I can with and long for the outter lash, I would like them to taper to the inside of the eye.Do they make these for the lower lid? If so what's "your" opinion or experience with lower lashes? Maybe 10mm outside( do they have only even sizes or go 10-11-12 etc.. do they make lower lid lashes?. 🤞Hope I didn't do many repeats, a tiny window it's hard to highlight lines to do deleting &/or corrections 🌺Thank you again 🌺
Thank you so very much for your very sweet comments about my channel! I so appreciate you and taking the time out to write such nice things, I love and enjoy what I do so it makes my heart so happy to hear when other appreciate and find value. I completely understand that with age our hair/lashes can really take a beating. There is nothing worse than looking in the mirror and not recognizing the person looking back at you, I will say this is why I love the beauty industry because there are so many things out there that can enhance or even just boost your confidence a little to make yourself feel fabulous. Now as far as the lashes, I would definitely say it is better to have some lashes for the lash extensions to grab onto. If the hairs are sparse you may not get as great of a hold with the lash segments. I would say the natural lash style would be ideal and 10 mm on the inner corners of the eye would be perfect, even applying 2 segments on each eye towards the inner and then finishing off with 12mm would give you the look of that taper eye or cat eye! Lash extensions on the bottom of the eyelashes aren’t typically done just because those lashes are just denser and mascara typically is enough. The company I work for did just launch a lash enhancing serum that has rave reviews (i have purchased some and it’s on the way but I haven’t personally used it myself) It is suppose to help lengthen, darken the lashes, and add density to your lashes! Something like that might be a better starting point to help build the foundation for a healthy lash. I hope all this info helps some and thank you for supporting the channel ❤️
They can but they lose their natural feathered end look. Honestly 10mm is pretty short once they are applied and I wouldn’t think they need to be trimmed. You would only need to wait 15 seconds or so for the clear glue to become tacky ❤️
For $119 including the 20% off you might as well just go spend your money on real lash extensions.. That’s ridiculous ! People want DIY lash extensions so they don’t have to pay more than $100 on lashes.
I can see your point definitely. The first initial purchase seems steep but after you get the kit, refill boxes are only $25 for 12 segment of lashes. I only use 4 segments on each eye so I end up with an extra refill for one eye out of a full box. Lash refills with an extension artist are a lot more than $25; so to me personally I love saving money in the long run and saving time on the application as well. I just can’t justify laying on a bed for 30-60 min when I can do my own in less than 10 ❤️ To each their own and I’m thankful that there are options for everyone’s likes and dislikes
I was thinking the exact same thing when I seen that price. It’s $80 for the initial set then $40 a refill around here. Which I thought was very expensive.

That’s amazing ❤️ practice makes perfect

@@TheAngeSchofield Thank you so much, You are so Special! I will try those sizes, & esp. for including the links on your application! Ellen😁
@@ellencorenejones4169 of course! Happy to help ❤️
Can the lashes be trimmed if you don't want to go over 10mm in length? How long do you wait from applying the clear glue until it gets tacky?

So these are applied to the natural lash?
Yes, right underneath your natural lashes for a super natural lash extension look
