Today I tried brownie for the first time by following Steffi akka's instructions. It came out outstanding ❤. Thank you akka for sharing the original brownie receipe.
I tried it today with little changes..very nice Steffi...the changes I did was I used 100g of 90% dark chocolate with 1.5cup of powdered sugar.Remaining ingredients in same measurement as u said.It came out good and fudge like texture.
200g chocolate 100g butter 200g sugar 3 eggs(one at a time) 2 tbsp coco powder (optional) One pinch salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 130g maida Nuts or choco chips if you fancy :) Bake at 350F for 25 minutes and Enjoy!

Hi Steffie .. I followed exact measurements as u mentioned except for vanilla extract.. i did it in cooker and it came out really good.. it tasted awesome but somewhere I felt something missing. It tasted more like chocolate cake than brownie.. am I missing any consistency? Or is it usual this way if I use Cooker?

Cakes are spongy/airy texture and more moist. Brownies are denser and fudgy texture which is very different from cakes. brownies usually don’t require any agent like baking powder but cakes require baking powder/soda

Hi Steffy Hope you are doing fine. I tried making this yesterday and it was a flop show. The batter was too dense may be and it did not cool in the middle. I didn’t have a 9” pan though. I used the exact measurements and temperature of the oven 😞

Use darkchocolate. Because darkchocholate + cocoa butter maker cocoa powder. It tastes much similar.

Instead of using eggs try using Curd (1/4 cup). Brownie turns out more dense, unlike chocolate cake.

I think it is baking powder and baking soda.we wil nt add these in brownies...so cakes will b fluffy bt nt brownies.... correct me if I'm wrong
