i tried this mam... it came out very well ... only one thing is sweetness can be added some... and I dont have electric beater to make cream .. what i have done is ... i added butter in the mixer jar and pulsed it for 10 mins.. with the intervals.... for every two to three pulse i opened it and scratch the butter down.... and when the color slightly change .. i added powdered sugar in portions .. and given pulse for 2 mins ..and i tooked that creme in a bowl and i beated with a wire wisk for 5 to 10 mins....and then followed other steps of yours mam... came out really well 😀😀😀thank you so much mam...i would like to share my cake pic with you mam🙂😚... why i shared the method of creme is ... it can be useful for someone like me who dont have electric beater🙂

I don't know how the batter was enough for 3 of the 7" pans.. I thought I'll just make a 2 layered cake so took 2 of 9" pans but the batter was okay for only 1 pan... If I had split it into 2 pans, there would have been extremely thin layers... I started pouring into 2 pans but transferred to a single one & baked... The cake thickness was still like a single layer only... Guess we should double all measurements to get a 2 layered 9" cake!!

Yes.. I think it's a error.. Its a small pan.. Wud not be a 7 inch pan. Same doubt I had.. But Steffi as always you are so good
