Just because you can. That's not even to mention the work that filming and editing takes. It's just mind-blowing how much work goes into this! Amazing 👍

Hello, I've been really inspired by your content because it reminds me of wanting to build dioramas when I was younger. I am planning on building my own diorama loosely based on your Alaskan Wilderness diorama. Because I am just trying out making dioramas I don't want to spend a huge amount of money or buy lots of an item that I may not use in the future. One of my main challenges is finding a resin I could use for deeper casts that I don't have to purchase in bulk. Do you know any products that I could use? Thanks so much. :)
Excellent diorama and tutorial Lake. Thank you for posting. And you're right about Kathy Millett, I'm always learning from her videos even after 30 years of modelling!
I don't even do modeling and I couldn't wait for your next video. Watching a master at work bringing new worlds to life is the pinnacle of entertainment for me. Good to see you back dude!
I just worked 7 days straight (10-12 hour days). I am exhausted, and can barely keep my eyes open.. Wha - A new Luke Towan video? Half an hour long? Should I wait? No. Let what must be done, be done... Always worth it! I also love the community shout-outs. Well done, Sir. Well done... :)
You should add some tiny little glow worm LED's to top it right off...this is spectacular. I love your work Luke. One of the best model builders on UA-cam.
So nice of you to give Kathy a call out! What a great modeler she is! I'm also a fan of Marklin of Sweden - perhaps he could get the same treatment! In fact, he just recently did some sea spray with some aquarium filter which is a product that I think surpasses the pillow policy fibre!
Not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but it's great to see you upload. I for one was getting worried that covid was impacting on you. Wish you luck and again, I wish I was a tenth as talented
I am a huge fan of this guy. The level of artistry and imagination is way beyond. I am a artist and hands down to this guy. Good job as always Luke. Greetings from Killeen Tx 😎
I've been buying the 1.5kilo bags of sculptamold for 30 bucks. I had no idea officeworks could do a 10 kilo bag for 60 bucks!!! I'm set for life now. Thanks Luke.
You're the gold standard Luke! I appreciate the attention to detail and bits of humor. I create theme park models for the industry and collectors and my techniques have improved greatly thanks to your channel.
The real reason we haven't seen a video in a while is because it took you this long to get the shot of the paint landing in the airbrush cup, isn't it?
im going back and watching the whole video catalogue to calm me down at night, and this one really got my attention. what a gorgeous cave. what a great way to excise the danger of spelunking! theres nothing scarier to me than a deep underwater cave, but the way you captured them here makes them seem so much more mystical and beautiful. youre a wonder with that resin!
The timing of this video is perfect! Not long ago I was searching for cave dioramas and didn't find what I wanted. This video is exactly what I was looking for and I am so happy you made it! I hope one day you make an ancient Egyptian tomb diorama, similar to the mineshaft one. I think it would look amazing in your style.
Some of your videos make me think, "Oh yeah, I can do that.", and some make me think, "Never in a million years would mine look good." This model is firmly in the second category.
I greatly admire your work and would you be able to reproduce the map of Red dead redemption 2 in its entirety or part of the map (desert, mountain, plains, a large city) ?
This diorama, with the mossy rock face is some of your most beautiful work, in my humble opinion. Really nice feeling of scale! And lots of great detailing :)
Luke, I'm less than 30 seconds into this video and already blown away by the intro. The cave work looks amazing! I've been following you for a long time and this is by far the most excited I've been to watch one of your installments. Please keep up the good work mate. Thanks, from the US of A. By the way, I live in Kentucky. It's filled with cave systems like the ones you have been dreaming about. If you ever find yourself in Kentucky, don't hesitate to reach out.

As much as my hobbying is warhammer 40k and the odd 1/48 scale aircraft. These diorama vids are always useful for that day i finally get around to building a gaming table of my own to have a friend over for a game.
"Why hasn't Luke posted a new video?"
"So anyway, I made over 100 stalagmites and then glued them in place to make this as realistic as possible."
You wait, the next one will have little fish swimming in the water and driftwood gloating in the river. Luke’s dioramas really are next level
These dead leaves and bark are to simulate dead leaves and bark, this is my favorite line of this video!
"Mmm yes. The floor is made of floor" XD
Most of us are told 'Don't go out because of Covid! Luke's answer 'No worry, I'll build my own outdoors'. You Sir are an Artist.
lol... that's exactly what I'm doing 😄

Well not nothing. Out of a heap of stuff and with a lot of skill. But agree, an amazing transformation.
Who here never builds dioramas but just enjoys watching these videos?
I don't have the money or space (or skill, tbh) so this is a great way of living vicariously!

That cave is GORGEOUS!!! Miniature caves, I could see that as just displays to focus on as a series.
great choice on changing the black. Plus it shows us complete amateurs that even the pros can step back, assess, and change as needed.
Flashlight panning the cave is a great shot, the way the light cast shadows on the ceiling and reflects off the water looks amazing 👏
