I didn’t want to watch this video, I’m living for your more current journey. I get, “you don’t look or act like someone with cancer.” Brave face is not strength, it’s absolutely survival! You rock! Thank you.
So glad to see you back, stay strong keep being inspiring, keep being you
I suffer to, but, that is not acceptance or justification for your actions, if police were called and you arrested then surely there must have been physical violence involved - I hope you get all the help you need
Many hugs & prayers.
thanks for this, yes there is stigma but as someone whom has had mental illness all my life, the only stigma i have personally come across is from staff working in the NHS, GP,s Psychiatrists, CPNs (mental health nurnes) etc, those whose job it is to treat you will dignity respect etc do not, and the way they treat you varies depending in what condition they choose to diagnose youn with.
Well said Joe
ive discovered something which transformed my mental health and motivation . Bluetooth headphones and albums from my youth. All the jobs i made excuses for and put off or avoided are now a breeze and enjoyable. Go faster music on the allotment too. No space in my head for any nonsense whilst listening and the endorphins are off the scale.
Keep going I suffer too mental health bi polar, got my 1st allotment 2 weeks ago but other plot holders are very challenging, but keep going, 💪
A very good video 🙏
Thank you 🙏
Interesting . I found this video browsing ideas for pallet repurposing for the allotment we took on recently .
Found out that besides digging it turns out we have a lot in common .
My mental decline hit a nadir when I was 22 , I’m 47 now and although I have never got that low again since ,I do still struggle .
The conclusion I have come to is that modernity is hostile and Transhumanist to a point that we are deracinated from our nature . That anyone who can attend this society and system without it aggravating their sensibilities are the mad ones , those of us who suffer are simply reacting to a wrongness .
Very honest and open. Keep off the booze, and keep looking at the man in the mirror. If your happy with yourself, keep doing it (and more) if not, make that change ,,,👍
I appreciate that
Discovered you today Joe. Love your content, thank you x
