Check your groupset. I think the Sesah is a clone or compatible with the SRAM groupset, in which case all you need is the front derailleur alignment tool & attach that to the bit ring & align the fd so it is in a perfect line. I would suggest checking out the ParkTool videos on here or the SRAM ones as they may solve your issue. Very good build & looking forward to the next video
something doesn’t make sense here, the front derailleur should go all the way to the smallest chainring when is not engaged. From what I am seeing here yours stops midway in, it should completely in to a point that looking from the top, the outer edge of the cage should touch the small chainring. Make sure your “low” screw limit is good and the “high”. Even my Red AXS front derailleur when its engaged to the big chainring stops around 2 or 3 mm from crank arm
just finished my build VBR-218 rim brake, tried to re-route cable 3 times, you need to re-route your cable housing, especially at the bend of your handle bar, there should not be any twisting as it will affect the cable pull, try to re-route your cable at the handle bar just under the cover, by the way noise damper for internal cable housing is also to be considered.
Thank you for your suggestion. I checked the cable pull, and they seem to be all doing fine. I am about 80% sorted and will soon do a test ride to confirm the shifting performance. I would hope I don’t need the noise damper. I don’t have any of them handy and don’t want to reroute it at all.
The paint job looks so fun!

Yes, it works like a SRAM. I will do a bit more research and see what I can found.

I need to have a proper look later. I have a feeling that something in the setup isn't right.
@@cycleandexplore Is the chain length correct ?
