You simply place these under the stock spring?Do they come pre adjusted for your weight?If I can get rid of most of the nose dive and get a firmer ride I’d be pretty happy.
Yes, they go under the spring.
These are dynamically adjusting. You can see details on how it works in the following video and in the following link.

They will get rid of 90% of the nose dive, and if you leave your OEM spacers the same length it will be a little firmer ride. If you want a much firmer ride (not necessary to get rid of nose dive) then you can put a little longer spacers in there.

Looks like the same thing as gold valve emulators...by Race Tech.. That has been around for 15 years and works...
They look similar, but are different. Two of the differences:
1. Gold Valve you need to drill out the stock damper tube holes larger, Intiminators you don't need to remove damper tubes and drill them out.
2. The Intiminators dynamically adjust, the GV need to be pulled out and adjusted to for changes.
But you are correct, they both work well, just easier to use the Intiminators.

With the Gold Valve Emulators that are quite a few extra steps in the installation process, including complete disassembly of the forks, drilling holes in the Damper Rods, and reassembly. Because the Intiminators produce just as good a result, and are much easier to install, we prefer them.
