    This video is old (maybe 2014). I changed fork seals and oil on Showa cartridge 47mm forks without any special tools. This is very cheap and can be done at home.

      Hey man how you thanks for the video about to do mine now. Can you tell me how much oil do you refill the shocks in milliliters please. And what kind of oil saw you had motul 5w. Shock oil

    Hello, i would like to know if turning the fork upside down or like in a crash where the bike flip, will the oil in the outer tube goes inside the inner tube? cause i see hole in there when the oil can go in

    or buy the tool 40aud to drive the seals.. if your it bothered to make your own but I done my fair share and the tool for the seals makes it a lot easier

    Wash your bike thoroughly before you tear it down. The rebound damping screw could've used a hosing down. Thanks for your video!!
